I observe you doing the handseals, carefully, i memorize them, and stops for a few seconds, to let them get a place in my handseal chest, now i slowly but steady, begins to practice the handseals, i repeatedly do this, until i've learned how to do them fast and efficiently.
I focus a great amount of chakra, and does the handseals in a steady phase, then i send my chakra into the air, like Wind style severing wind pressure, but instead of making a tornado, i gather the clouds with my chakra, and makes them rain a special chakra senseing rain.

I memorize the handseals by observing you perform them, then i gather water chakra in my hands, and releases it, i use chakra manipulation to form the chakra as an orb, which should quickly form around you, and trap you inside it.

I memorize the handseals using my optic cranial nerve to observe your hand movements, i remember the seals, and save them in my brain for later use, then i slowly try to do the handseals, i repeat them until i've memorized them completely.
