I figured that it was a given when i typed that. but anyways that had nothing to do with what I said. I never said he could do sage mode without the toads...

I am actually sure they would aid him...
They aided Naruto and it cost them their life. Jaraiya was the Toad Sage, just as Manda died for Sasuke, the toads would do whatever Jaraiya required.
I don't think many people in the Narutoverse could stop a fully-powered Itachi.
Against most of the enemies, Jairaya's Toad Prison would really take care of business (Deidara, Hidan).
Konan could probably put up a good fight, but Jaraiya's fire tech's would probably make short work of her.
I think Kisame could get out of the toad prison through Chakra draining, as could Itachi (obviously). I don't see Kisame holding up against the frog song.
Sasori... well, frogs can eat scorpions.
Who could beat him:
Itachi
Maybe Kisame
Maybe Konan

Stop being childish please. contribute to the thread instead of trying to find a reason to call me dumb when you only make yourself look that way. Contribute to the thread man... Why do i need to say he has to summon toads to do sage genjutsu if you read the manga or watch the anime it should be a given. I shouldn't have to state the obvious.

I actually think Sasori could hold his own agaisnt Jiraiya. Hiruko, then the 3rd kazekage puppet with the iron sand and poison. Also his performance of 100 puppets was amazing. That would be hard for J man to stop
First of all guys, u shouldn't include the 2 legendary weapons itachi's has. Jman also could own almost any1 with those too. If u don't consider the legendary items jiraiya wins,As itachi stated in part 1.
This makes me believe itachi got those waepons sometime during the timeskip as orocihmaru was also looking for them aswell.
With the items it's going to be stalemate. But in the long run jiraiya has more chakra so he would last a prolonged high level fight. Don't forget jman summon the frog boss and other badass frogs.
By the way guys why do u think itachi needs hax items for offense and defense with his sassano? Even thought sassano is used for VERY good defense and offense.
That in itself shows you itches limits as a shinobi.

itachi has got enough skill to defend of jiraiya untill he summons susano { tskyomi and amaretsu to awaken susano} if u think jiraiya is stronger than itachi then i say that they are even because you are a DBZ fan lol

Itachi is the kind of fighter with whom Jiraiya wouldn't have fooled around. Man, even with Pein you looked at the old guy taking his time, running away, thinking, with Pein dude?!!!!!
What I mean is Jiraiya was much of an asswise..he only took shit if he had to.. without diminishing Itachi, there isn't such a difference between both of the fighter's jutsu's.
Shame, I don't remember Jiraiya fighting a Sharingan

Madara would get his ass kicked by Jiraiya pre rinnagan i would say Itachi and maybe Sasori if you count Orochimaru as part of the gang then he could beat him too

He would be able to beat:
Hidan-the most inexperienced of Akatsuki, and he would never be able to get Jiraiya's blood because he's not as fast or smart and he just runs into everything
Deidara-the youngest of the Akatsuki, who, like Hidan, runs into everything, so he would be no match for Jiraiya
Kakuzu-this would be hard for jiraiya, but although Kakuzu is pretty smart, he is easily tricked and Jiraiya could kill him in Sage mode
Kisame-he can be beaten by taijutsu and jiraiya is too fast in sage mode, plus he can beat him in shark mode with Sage mode
Sasori-I think Jiraiya would be able to avoid the poison with speed, and Sakura and an old woman were able to beat him, so I think one of the legendary sannin can too.
Konan-as we saw, Jiraiya can just drench her in oil and then bye-bye konan

Jiraya took his time trying to figure out pein abilities while fighting him... I jiraya knew Pein's mystery he could of have beaten him.
Remember Itachi himself stated that Jiraya alone can beat akatsuki and that him and kisame would be badly injured or possibly died when they ran away from Jiraya.
Tobi/Madara can. Itachi migth stand a chance... But I doubt it with his downside in MS. Remember Pa and Ma is aso their to aid him.
No one else I think can beat jiraya... lol
hey um you know that toad gerotora how he resided in jiraiya may be he could give him chakra to break tsukiyomi. and plus im pretty sure jiraiya wouldnt have been so confident about fightin itachi if he couldnt resist tsukiyiyomi and if guy could beat kisame so could jiraiya
