Last jutsu I learnt for lightning was

From my understanding the user charges their palms with lightning chakra, which then can be used to get around obstacles as the lightning chakra moves around objects, it's good for getting at your enemies blindspot.

Holding my left arm outstretched I place my other hand around my left arms wrist. Then I charge lightning chakra to my left hand keeping it from shocking me while using my chakra to manipulate the chakra and turn it into what seems to be a hound. I visualize this for several mins then I release the chakra outwards from my hand while still adding chakra and concentrating on chaining it's shape. As it moves to the tourists rolleyes I concentrate my chakra even more and still adding chakra to the hound causing it to form slowly, but rest assured it starts to form. Then I send it at the tourists with faster speed. :|

After doing it once I feel like I can do it faster and with more power now. So holding my arms in their previous position I charge lightning chakra to my left arms palm I contralto the chakra in my palm and focus on manipulating the chakra into the size and shape of a big hound. I channel more and more chakra increasing its size and it's speed when I fire it. When I'm ready I fire the hound and make it run towards the tourists while keeping my chakra flow going and still making it bigger. I make the hound charge into the tourist whom cry out in anguish.

When I'm ready I fire the hound and make it run towards the tourists while keeping my chakra flow going and still making it bigger. I make the hound charge into the tourist whom cry out in anguish.

Well it's good for a distance and is great for distractions as your not in harms way and can coordinate your attacks while your opponent is busy with your hound (note: this can only really be done with clones, since your hands will be busy with the jutsu). Also it's good for finding your opponent without putting yourself in harms way (although the stream of chakra could give your position away) as the stream of chakra can show you where they are. Two combos you could use would most like be after you've used a water jutsu on your opponent as you could electrify the water. Also after throwing several kunais you could use the hound to electrify them as the hound is made of lightning and the kunais would conduct the electricity (this would be best done with clones).

It was a joke mugen, jinbei and I were on msn xd. He told me beforehand he would teach me like this, I knew the deal when I accepted and I'm willing to keep my end of the deal.

This next one will build upon that. Now gather the lightning chakra in your mouth and spit out a spear of lightning. Then (If you need to) split the spear into multiple tendrils to attack multiple people.

slice at the same time.

Now,a good combo would be sending a big fire ball first,that blocks the vision of your opponent and then you perform this jutsu.Due to the fact that it doesn't need handseals inroder to be performed and lightning being faster than fire,the lightning would go through the fire,making a surprise attack.The opponent,because of the short time he has to react,he will obviously use a wind attack to defend,however the fireball is right behind the lightning,so the wind destroys the lightning but feeds up the fireball,making it bigger and stronger and hitting him without time to react.

Ok when you throw the 10 kunai I create a lightning spear in my mouth and fire it to the middle of all your kunai, when it gets closer I split the spear into 10 parts which collide with your kunais, deflecting them outwards as the lightning spears hits the front side of your kunais which makes them go off course.
