it is a forbidden technique only hashirama sinju(1 hokage) knows how to use it ....and no one after him can control it..

It's not forbidden.
As stated by someone in the manga (i think Kakashi, or Yamato himself) it's extremely hard to mix 2 elements and use them together beause by mixing them together, you create a new release which is called a kekkei genkai.
So it's not something your ordinary shynoby can do...
