To start off with, you need to prove that you and your dog share a bond together.

Ok Raiju lets do this. I'll give you simple commands and you just do them.
Raiju:Ok Raiden, ready when you are. (Yes my dog can talk)
Sit!
*Raiju Sits*
Jump!
*Raiju Jumps*
Lie Down!
*Raiju Lays down*
Roll Over
*Raiju Rolls over*
Stand!
*Raiju Stands up*
*Makes a 10 foot earth wall*
Climb the wall and come back down.
*Raiju runs to the wall, jumps up to the top and jumps back down ,sitting beside me*

Not very much, just that two or more things/people use jutsu together in order to complement each other. They are usually stronger than jutsu used just by one person/thing. Although it could be because the jutsu requires more than one person/thing to satisfy its requirements.

On the manga and anime the most notable and most used Inuzuka technique, is the "Fang Over Fang" a collaboration jutsu used mostly by Kiba Inuzuka and his Dog Companion "Akamaru". The requirements for this jutsu are also other Inuzuka jutsu such as "Man-beast clone" (a jutsu where the users dog companion changes into a clone of the user) and a collaboration jutsu "Four Legged Technique" (a jutsu where the user (and most of the time their Dog companion) gain more animalistic qualities with added speed and agility that helps complement their taijutsu and collaboration techniques). There is even a special combination transformation where the user and dog companion transform into a huge two headed dog, which opens up even more collaboration jutsu.

Inuzuka children are given a canine companion when their young, this causes the child to take on qualities of a canine, they gain canine teeth and gain sharp claws. Also being around their companions has given them an enhanced sense of hearing and smell (to the same degree if not more than that of a ninja dog), Inuzuka clan members can increase their sense of smell even more by sending chakra to their nose to amplify their sense of smell. They also gain better agility and speed.

Ok sensei (Raiju and I say this at the same time). I send my some of my chakra and energy into Raiju and he sends some if his into me. After awhile it starts to fuse and swirl around in both of our bodies, slowly bonding together and with it we are slowing syncing. After a few minutes we start talking at the same time and saying the same things unintentionally. Our minds and chakra/energy are in sync with each other to the point where we know each others thoughts.

Because my dog is now apart of me and a mirror of myself, we charge our chakra together and he uses the transformation jutsu to change into an exact copy of myself, while still having feral mannerisms.

Raiju goes 5 meters to my left and charges his chakra, I charge mine too and he uses the transformation jutsu to once again change into a replica of myself, while still keeping in sync with me.
