why don't the vets like the so called noobs.. i personally think some of them including the mods have some holy-er than thou attitude. like us newb's are beneath them.. because we joined later then them.

I don't think it's so much the fact that you joined at a later time, as it is that some of the new members act...well, arrogant and ignorant.
People come in, waving their flags in other peoples faces, so to speak, when it's not wanted - they continuously harass some people (like Sensei), or just begin to think that the rules don't apply to them.
I, personally, try to help "Noobs" - a term I don't even use, especially in a demeaning way, since we were all newbies at some point -, because we were, at one time, a new member ourselves.
By definition I saw in one of these threads, I'm a "Newb", as Narutobase was my first forum to join, and I haven't really joined or used another forum - I've been on several other smaller forums for help in things such as video games, but I'm a constant user of NB.
So, despite being here for nearly two years, I'd still be a noob.
And, honestly, I don't think the Veterans have a Holier-than-thou attitude - and if they do, towards the Noobs, they deserve to have it -, but I think that the New Members are coming in with a "Too-Good-For-You", attitude.
But, like all things, there are exceptions. I've made friends with several new members who are quite civilized.
And, I don't mean to single you out, but look at your status - it's that kind of thing that causes certain attitudes. Why be like that? Be respectful as a new member, or as a Veteran, and these walls won't necessarily fade, but they won't be grounds for hostility.
And though I haven't read the entire thread, by referencing the first post...alas, I fear we have gone off-topic.

I can't comment about people in NB, but isn't that how it is even in real life, I mean where ever you go there's going to be someone who knows or think they know more than you do, and most of them are not afraid to say it or show it, so what's the point of complaining, besides you have to agree, it gets to a point where you can't take it any more; there's so much of you can take "Who's Naruto going to end up with?", "Who will win Ichigo and Naruto fought?"
When you earnestly try to help, these so called "New G" members, they say you're hating on them, and continue on acting like a know it all punk, when you join if you take the time to read the basic forum rules and follow common courtesies you want get called a noob, but like the "holier than thou" attitude you allege that veterans including certain Mods have, most new comers have the "wanna be rebel and gangsta" attitude
Edit: So basically I have to disagree with you about the holy-er than thou attitude allegation, if you're courteous towards in turn they shall do the same.
