Star Wars The Force Unleashed 2, is an absolute waste of time and money. It's like taking a hot shower when it's a hundred degrees out, disgusting.

The game doesn't fix any of the problems of the first game:
- Game Length (First one was 9 hours this one was maybe 6.5 to 7 hours)
- More challenging enemies (instead of adding harder enemies they removed the hardest ones from the first game. The Starkiller clones are challenging because they can go invisible)

It doesn't even improve on the good components:
- Customization (very wide variety in the first game, this game there are only 3 levels per force power...that's it.
- Story (the story seems rushed and shoddy. There are likely many writers on this forum who would write a stronger more significant and coherent story)
- Original Triology character appearances (you know what you saw on the trailers of Boba Fett and Yoda? Well that's all there is to it...No emperor)
- Unleash the truth...BS marketing.

Enjoy the demo, screw the game...if you're a Star Wars die hard, please don't buy it, just rent it. You'll be able to beat it within 3 days of decent playing.

They end the game with an obvious setup for a sequel, but I will never buy another Force Unleashed game period!

Damn my roommate told said it was a pretty good game. He's been playing it non stop since he bought it.
Well if you asked me on Wednesday at about 6pm I would've told you it was pretty good too, but when I pick my controller up again at 8:40 and 30 minutes later defeated the game, I was livid. The ending was horrid.

Remember the tall dark blue robot that you couldn't move with the force from the 1st game? The one who shot rockets from his arms and would grab you if you got close to him. He was prevalent in the escaping the one space ship that was crashing and the Kashyyk mission. He's not in the game. The single hardest non boss character isn't even in the game. No enemy is nearly as difficult to beat as him in the game. He is more difficult to defeat than actually any character short of one (and I don't mean Vader) in this game.

Your roomate may be loving it now, but he'll be mad that it's over so quickly with no answers and not so many challenges in game.

I'm not a person who usually blasts games in forums, but it had to be said here. I was only made at the first Force Unleashed because it was so short, it was a really fun game. This one isn't even as good as the first (as I mentioned earlier) and is shorter.

Download the demo, it's free and won't leave you mad when you're done.

Well, obiously, first parts are better in every successful industry. In this particular case, since the gameplay was sort of an inovation in the first part, they didn't take their time, thus made crappy and unsignifcant changes, just for the sake of it.
Just like Casion Royale and Quantum of Solace. The first part was a huge success, so they forced a second part hoping for positive feedback.
And just like me trying to come up with a fanfic chapter because I only have 2, and the submission deadline is in 2 days.

Cool down TDogg, everyone's got their likes and dislikes.Your dislike might be others likes
Cooling down...That is true about everyone having likes and dislikes, but trust me on this one. Someone who never played the first one may like this one, but if you played the first one you'll be disgusted how weak this one is...both the story and gameplay.

I actually quite enjoyed the game, yes it was a bit short but they did fix a lot of different things. The camera in the original game was horrid and the camera in the second game was much better. I enjoy that i could make enemies kill themselves(yes i'm a horrible person and i'm ok with that :p). there were a lot of different enemies, though most of there were more robotic and less organic, but that makes sense since you are farther into the rebellion. I liked that they modeled most of the new baddies after General Grievous.

yes i do have some complaints. the game was a bit too short for me, but there is plenty of replay value available. I would have liked to do some missions before going directly after General Kota. i also kinda miss the ability to have different colored saber blades that had nothing to do with the special abilities of the lightsaber.

Really? There were far less enemies in this one compared to the first...and they were weaker than in the first.
well it is going to seem like there are not as many different enemies because unlike the first game where you start off evil and end up being good. but you do end up fighting the same enemies multiple times in the first game, the storm troopers, the felucians, the rodians, wookies and various imperial droids. in the new game you are good the whole way through so you won't be seeing different enemies on each level but you have the different stormtrooper variations, various droids and walkers, the stalkers (not sure what they are called) and the starkiller clones so there are just about the same amount of enemies, the only reason it seems shorter is because you are fighting the same ones all the time. it also seems shorter because the the cut scenes blend much better.

As for weaker, i'm not sure that they were but i guess it would seem that way if you were playing in a different difficulty than me.

I'm glad i bought the game as I enjoyed it a lot and thats the important thing. as long as someone enjoys the game it doesn't matter about the enemy count if you had fun you had fun, if you didn't than you didn't and nothing anybody says can change either of those facts

Did you play it on the hardest difficulty? Lol I figured that game wouldn't do to well.

I never played the first one but my friends told me how good and fun it was. When the demo for the second one came out I tried it and it was really fun won't lie. Then my friend told me how it has all the stuff you can do on the first one and more.

When the game released a few days later I check it's rating (thats one thing I always do before considering on getting any game). It got 6.5/10 so was like forget it any game that doesn't get 7 or higher I don't bother even tho I can get games for $5 don't really care.
