* He has a vest that his highly armored, it uses the same weights as Lee's. But Hakai made them for defensive purposes also. Because they are so heavy and strong they can adequately protect him from many attacks. Hakai also wears bandages hiding tattoos that he uses to summon ninja weapons. He has 4 on his wrists(2 on each wrist) allowing him to launch ninja tools quicker. As well has use combo tools at the same time. (Such as Shurkien + explosive tag) As well as other seals he needs for summonings and certain jutsu. On his right should he bares the mark of Iwa, with a black "X" through it. It is a symbol of where he comes from and how be plans to remove it from the map one day. Finally he wears black gloves where he has implanted metal spikes into his knuckles. With the help of Kiri's medical team to properly heal him. He now uses them to help him crush peoples faces.
Personality: Hakai is a cold blooded ninja, who kills without fear. He is a merciless killer who uses common cold logic in all things. No matter who is hurt, he will do whatever it takes to protect the Mist. With that logic he will gladly kill and slaughter anyone. He is the perfect killer and destroyer for the Mist. But he is also a ladies man and loves women. Something he learn from his bachelor father. He will pull any line to get a girl to come home. Over all he loves two things the Mist Village and Bitches.

Hakai wears chest plates of equal wait to Lee's waits. If he removes them, he is able to travel at the same speed. But while using Dust release to fly he can go up to speeds equal to the 2nd gate.
Background Info.
History: Hakai was born in the Village Hidden in the Stone. He was raised by his single father. His father being the bastard child of the 3rd Tushikage. As of which the Dust Release was passed down to him. Hakai showed to hold his father's Kekkei Genkai of the powerful Dust release. He went threw the Academy with flying colors graduating above many others. When he became a chunin he learned his first Dust release moves. Then used them to crush his competition, literally; in the jounin exams. He continued to sail perfectly threw his ninja carrear. He know is know as a S-rank ninja. He is known threw out the ninja world for his Dust Release powers and skills. Once his father passed away he saw how worthless Iwa was, so he left and went to Kiri. There he pledged his loyalty and life to the Daiymo and Mizukage of the Land of Water. Now for all enemies of Kiri beware for Hakai "The Destroyer." For he is coming for them.
