Personality:
Percy is brave and righteous, a natural leader, willing to risk his life to save friends, strangers, and even enemies, which naturally shows off his stupidity. He has earned the respect of many Olympians, including Dionysus (who hates most heroes), Artemis (who hates men), and Hades (who hates people in general). Despite this recognition, Percy remains humble. Percy can also be sarcastic and moody, and he suffers from a mild case of claustrophobia, presumably because the sea is so open. Percy's favorite color is blue, and his favorite drink is his mom's special blue cherry coke. He dislikes being restrained or forced to obey.

Being trained by both Rock Lee and Might guy in the EIGs, Percy possesses immense strength which is evident in the sense that he nearly beat Lee in a taijutsu fight. He has also underwent strict taijutsu training with others such as Akiza and Goro Kaguya, increasing his arsenal of maneuvers to use in battle and his skill with taijutsu. Due to his training with Lee, he also can move at the speed of Lee without his weights on.

Background Info.
History:
Percy Jackson was born in the Mist to a man by the name of Poseidon and a lady who wasn't rather important so we're gonna ignore her completely. His father, born John, fashioned himself after the Olympian God of the Sea, Poseidon. This would have proven to be smart if it wasn't for the fact that his father had Lightning Affinity.
A few years later, he met a woman of unimportance and forced her into marriage swept her off her feet and married her. She later gave birth to the Hero of our story, Percy Jackson. From this, we assume either the father or mother had the last name Jackson though that is equally as unimportant as the mother and father at this point.
Percy was then raised in Kirigakure by Poseidon until his accidental death by wrapping himself in lightning and diving into the ocean trying to fry fish quickly. Percy's mother had already died fro neglect by her son and husband, who had simply forgotten she existed after giving birth to Percy.
With no parents and no house to live in, Percy then began wandering around the village looking for ways to get food. After getting directions from a local sushi seller of where to find some food, Percy began making his way to Camp Half-Blood.
Upon arrival in Camp Half-Blood, Percy met Hasashi, a ***-crazed, power hungry, self-proclaimed noob hater and ninja with a sword upon his back with the power of the sun. Percy also met, Goro Kaguya, the Sage of Forbidden Arts who was named this for a reason (have you seen his privates o_o), Izuna Uchiha, a water wielding sword holding *** god, -Naruto Uzumaki-, the Bisha-defeating-Pein-bio-dropping-inactive-member-who-still-won't-teach-me-One-with-The-Wind ninja ~_~ and many others right afterwards. Around this time, Percy began training with one who would have the pleasure of calling himself Percy's first Sensei: RokuNR.
Teaching Percy to mold his chakra to create elemental jutsus proved to be one of the hardest things for Roku to do due to several reasons. The main reason is that during the first lesson when roku put the piece of paper in Percy's hand, Percy accidentally set it on fire with a cigarette lighter he stole from Roku's pocket. Roku, thinking Percy did that on his own, began to teach the Water natured youth Fire jutsu, which would take forever to accomplish. It was during this time that Percy gained a love of the Greeks after witnessing one of Roku's training sessions with his other students Emperor and -NU- (more on Emperor later). After Roku found out that Percy wasn't quite as smart as he thought due to his IQ test results coming back as 17.5 when the lowest possible score is 100, Roku led him to a mountain and kicked him off to his sure death below.
While falling, Percy began to wonder aloud if he left the stove on at home and whether or not he washed his clothes. He then hit water after falling for three days (or three minutes as Percy is not good with time he cannot tell), Percy hit the water hard. Apparently the water does not like to be hit because it hit back and threw him back into the sky a the top of the mountain where Roku threw him off. Roku then knocks him off once more by means of a walking cane to the face. While falling once more, Percy remembered that he had indeed left the stove on but this was at Roku's house so it doesn't matter. Preparing for a hard hit with the water again, Percy was caught off guard when a Large Falcon came under him and swept him up before he could hit the ground. The falcon then took him to her summoner, Izuna Uchiha.
Izuna, seeing what had happened with Roku and Percy, then decided that he would teach him Water jutsus to help him get better as a ninja but first, Percy had to do something for him.
After performing several tasks not suitable for those under the age of 18, Izuna finally agreed to teach Percy the art of the water. After spending many years with Izuna, performing several deeds for one water jutsu each, Percy became a excellent user of the water element, with skills reaching mastery at a quick level. Seeing this, Izuna became greatly proud of his student and sent him on a trip to the Leaf to handle business for him (i.e. sent him to pick-up Jiraiya's new *** mail-in order blow-up dolls).
While in Konoha, Percy meets Ace, the rubber guardian of NB, who tried to sell some condoms to Percy. After declining once, Ace told him that they are effective in protecting against AIDS from homosexual ***. Percy then takes a crate full of them. He also "persuades" Ace to teach him Wind element jutsu (and Percy finds out that those condoms are a good thing after all) as a way to beat Roku's fire jutsu. Ace then explains that Wind powers Fire jutsu, making them stronger. Percy asks him does that mean he's gonna teach them to him.
Percy makes an attempt to leave the village but he then sees this mysterious store by the village gates:

Upon entering the store, he sees on display a book by Scary Yamato called Yamato's Day Out. He then puts the book in his pocket and tries to walk out before being grabbed by none other than Yamato himself.
Pulling a flashlight and the rest of the surronding mysteriously go black, Yamato threatens Percy with Wood jutsu. Unaffected by the flashlight, Percy asks why would he use a penis related technique. Yamato says nevermind and asks him where he is going. After replying that he is going back to his sensei Izuna, SY cuts him off and enters a long conversation about his friendship with Izuna.
Several hours later, Percy wakes to find SY still talking of the friendship and some how agrees to teach Percy how to use Lightning, which got no objections there.
After several burned limbs and being paralyzed multiple times, Percy finally masters the element before heading back home.
After learning Wind from Ace and getting Izuna's dolls mail, he makes his way back to the Mist. Being gone for several months before returning, he finds Izuna gone. Many say he went to another world, others merely say he got arrested for child molestation but who really knows?
In search of a new Sensei, Percy stumbles upon Goro. Goro, gave Percy a tassk: beat him in taijutsu and he'll teach him everything he knows. After having every bone in his broken twice, Goro took pity on this boy who had no skill in taijutsu whatsoever and took him under his wing. Teaching him both Earth release and taijutsu in an attempt to make him stronger, Goro helped Percy out tremendously in other areas as well. It was here that Percy learned how to become a better fighter in general and learned the rules of engagement in fights, making him a worthier opponent.
After several years of having no training, Percy wanders across Akiza whom he persuades to teach him Genjutsu and more taijutsu in exchange for being her Sempai. Agreeing to these terms, Akiza takes part in a training session where everything from rain dances to chuck norris appears. O_O
Percy then begins to look towards himself to develop jutsus after having several years of leraning from others. It was then that he developed White Fire, Raging Thunder, Divine Wind, and helped with Heaven's Earth with his Trusted Kage, Alucard.
Around this time, Percy became known as a renown ninja in his own rights, with great skills rivaling those of a Kage ranked ninja. With him becoming a EIG Master as well as having superb fighting skills, word of him began to reach Emperor, a sarcastic plant-eating plant bent on total embarrassment of his enemy, who approached Percy with details of his past and his belonging to the Nekura clan, a clan with a unique ability to use called the Keigoku. Not entirely sure what it means, Percy went along with Emp to learn more of this ability. He made sure to let Emperor know that he wasn't a plant and probably tasted of salt water. ~_~
