1. The picture you want to turn into an avatar is too wide, only the main character would be able to fit in a 150px-wide work, which takes away all its charm IMO, even an idiotic non-GFXer would be able to give it a thought and figure it out.
2. It's not even a render. Since you also requested a certain background, we do need a render. Even though it has a plain white background, no one would waste his time rendering it, and quick-erase tool won't do the job properly, because it won't be able to distinguish the color pixels of the chakra in his fingers from those of the backgrund, thus the render would come out all chipped and shit.
3. Although we are the GFXers, you should try to use your wits from time to time, and I'm not saying make the request easier for us, because that's what the kumi is for, but make it a little least more possible.
