No I think it is another Rinnegan
He used Izanagi on one of his MS to fight Konan.
Then he took Nagato's 2 eyes. So Madara must have 2 Rinnegan and 1 MS left.
Ya, there is always a possiblity for him to want the 3 known Dojutsus

The only thing Byakugan would add is 360 vision.
Whereas the Sharingan: Izanagi, Susanoo, Ameratsu, Tskuyomi, reading movements & seeing chakra.
Rinnegan: Do I need to list these abilities?

But it doesn't fit in with the other powerful Dojutsu. Its possible that the full extent of the Byakugan hasn't even been realised, same as both the Sharingan and the Rinnegan.
Its agreeable the the order of power between the 3 main Dojutsu is:
Rinnegan>Sharingan>Byakugan.
These are the only known Dojutsu. Since the Elder son pertained a swirl pattern, yet only the Uchiha are known descendants, its possible that there are many other Dojutsu out there.

seems byakugan has lost it's touch. now nobody is rooting for it again. i think that kishi will show the next badass byakugan level when neji fights... sorry what i meant was if neji fights..... before that, i think byakugan is completely out of the doujutsu race. anyway it is good for peeking around the corners and checking if your enemy is gona pwn you.....lol

If it was revealed it isnt at its full potential and you can unlock X, Y, Z techniues etc.
It would be a joke and ruin Naruto tbh
He has already done that with the Sharingan doing it again with another Doujutsu bar the Rinnegan would be just ridiculous.

I was actual dumbfounded when Hinata did a One Eye Byakugan sort of thingy in the Pain Invasion arc in the manga. The anime never showed it, but I thought this was a different level of the Byakugan. BUT after that she got Rag dolled by Deva Path and I Lol'd at it.
If there was ever a time for Kishi to develop a backstory for the Byakugan, it should of been Part 1.
I also think that Kakashi's words of the Sharingan being of the Byakugan holds some sort of relevance to a connection between the Hyuga Clan and the Rikudou Sennin, thus giving them a even more thinned down version of the Elder's Son's inheritance from the Rikudou.

i kow , i know.... but don't you think i's kinda sad, pathetic and unfair that the other 2 doujutsus should leave the byakugan to chase after the dust...lol

Well it depends on the user tbh.
Sasuke 2 tomoe vs Neji = Sasuke wins.
The logic behind that is Naruto beat Neji at this time.
Sasuke was as powerful as Naruto and Naruto didnt have Rasengan or good chakra control at this point.
So yeah Neji vs a normal Uchiha i.e. non genius = Neji wins imo.
