Well I know our leader is Shikaku Nara.
Our abilities consist of manipulating shadows and our controlling other peoples shadows.
We also tend to Deer in the Nara Clans Forest.
The Clan is known to have highly intelligent Males that are *yawn*... lazy and hard to motivate.
We are also known to form special relationships with the Ino and Cho clans.

Well I learned our shadows are useless at night unless you produce oil and light it on fire or something or its a well lit night i.e. moon or a street light in a village.
I also learned Shadows move at a sprint pace or if within another shadow move at a thrown kunai speed we only need a candlelight worth of light to function...(might carry candles with me in battle ^^)
And finally the most important aspect of Shadow Manipulation its weanesses. It is slowed by B rank fire - Stopped by A Rank - And it will be sent back by S rank....

To increase the power I simply need to be of higher rank as at Jounin I can have power easily over S-Jounin downwards.
I struggle with Jounin and S-rank and above s-rank my shadow would not affect the opponent.

what he was basically asking you was the relation chakra and light( daytime) has in the shadow jutsus. so please refere to that

Ah ok more light = stronger + faster shadow.
Too much light = sloooow shadow or shadow stops or goes back i.e. S rank fire etc
No light = No shadow jutsu
and I would say strongest at Dawn and weakest at Dusk (I didnt look that up im just thinking logically as Dawn is sun rising i.e. a burst of light Dusk light fading)

actually, its strong at both times, because at one period, the shadow expands towards one side and at the other, towards the other >_>-

i want you to concentrate chakra into your feet and then channel it through your shadow. once you have the control of the shadow make it move a bit

Okay sensei.
* I focus my chakra and channel as much as I can towards my feet and through to my shadow.
* I use my chakra to move the shadow as far as I can
* It moves but at a slow pace and contracts back after a few seconds.
* I focus my chakra and channel as much as I can towards my feet and through to my shadow.

thats a good start ^_^
now try again and by concentrating more chakra make it move faster and make it advance more, once it reaches my shadow channel some more chakra through the shadow and make it connect with mine and trap me!

*I eventually reach your shadow
*I focus my chakra to connect our shadows and try to trap you
*It works but for about 1s before you shrug it off
