Neither yes or no. Its yet to be seen if the seal can be broken. And its yet to be seen whether the seal breaks when the Summoner dies.

But even if the summoner dies, the summonings would probably go to dust. Its not the real legit copy of the person resurrected so... IDK

i think those summons can be defeated by usin the dead demon seal just as sundaime did to shodaime and nidaime's ressurected bodies..in the process they will gain their own will..but it will be too late
