Anyways:

Water and Wind aren't covered by the Table of Elemental weakness, so in power, they're equal. If Hidden Mist is a D rank technique, then it can be dispersed by a D rank technique. The only problem is that Hidden Mist spreads wide, so the jutsu you use must be somewhat wide aswell, in order to disperse it completly.

Anyways, you also said that Wind is the best to disperse the water particles. Meaning that if you try to use a fire technique (despite being weakened by the mist) it will still consume a wind jutsu, and thus it will backfire on your opponent.

Wind blows the mist, right? If you use the hidden mist, your opponent most probably will try to blow it with a Wind jutsu

Wind < Fire

If you use a fire jutsu right after you use the mist jutsu, your opponent will use wind without knowing you used a fire jutsu, so when he does, the fire will hit his wind jutsu, absorb it and crush your opponent with added strength...

This also sounds basic. You concentrate water on your guts and spit out a stream of brown liquid, wich will cover a large area of the terrain. Unknowing opponents will just walk over it without noticing (Either because they're too dum to read the jutsu, or because the pond is hidden by a smoke screen, or the mist or what ever, or you simply throw up against your opponent, giving him/her no chance of escaping). Another thing you could do is infuse a wind jutsu with this jutsu, and thus you'll spit out a whirwind of syrup, or a sticky wind blast, etc.

Since they're made of water, unlike normal Clone Jutsus, they have physical substance, and so they can weild weapons and use taijutsu. Though their attacks will be significantly weaker than your's.

for the syrup field: i focus water chakra in my gut and then change the nature of it a bit to become sticky and them o try to spit it out and it cames out but when i go to see if it's sticky i notice is just brown water, after that i try it again and then i do it right but is a smal amount, i focus more and more i spit out a small lake of syrup

for the water clone: i go to the water again and u focus in making a clone and it start's to rise from the water but in the end i look's like it's melting, i kick it and it transforms into water, i make another one and it look's fine but the moment it moves an arm falls down, i kick it again XD, then i make another one and this one can move and it's just like me

for the rain: i focus my chakra and then i send it to the clouds, the clouds start to become darker but i doesn't rain, i focus more and it starts to rain and i close my eyes and it's all dark except a blue humam shape, you sensei

the the water prison: you jump high and catch a bird and you give it to me and say: trap the bird. i then focus my chakra in my hand making water apear around it and forming a sphere and it gets bigger and bigger t'ill it's big enough for a humam and the bird is inside and already dead

for the water kawarimi: you start to throw kunais at me and i make chakra run trogh my entire body transforming it into water and the kunais go strait throu me no damaging me

Ok. So basically you manipulate a large amount of water and make it rise. Then, using that soaring water, you will manipulate it into assuming a shape of a dragon/snake. You can then make it fly around, in that shape, towards your opponent. Or if you want, to absorb Fire Jutsus or others (use as a shield).

strong current rain: i focus my chakra and i star to lift a large amount of water from the ocean next to us, when i lift the amount of water necesasary to make a gigantic snake i star to shape it to the form of the snake and i make a gigantic snake out of water and o float it around us

water bullet: i gather chakra in my gut and focus on making it start to rotate and then i spit it out at hight speed and it hits a hole previosly made and it fills with water XD

rising water cutter: i focus my chakra in my feet and slam it in the ground so that my chakre hits the underground waters making them rise really fast so they can cut and i direct the atack to a near rock and the rock gets sliced

water gun: i focus my chakra in my gut and then i focus more and i spit a large wave of water to the floor and it gets a litle carve, then i go nuts and do the jutso more 3 times in the same spot and i make a hole XD

shark bomb: i focus chakra in my mouth and hand, i spit some water to my hand and then i shape the shark and throw it to a rock making the rock crak all over

water canon replica: i focus chakra and make the necessary hand seals and then i slam my feet in the ground making the water rise again but this time no to cut but to surround a bushin of you and drowning it

underwater motion: me and you jump in to the ocean and you start to move underwater really fast but your feet and arms are still, i then focus my chakra and release it around my body specialy from my feet thus making me move around really fast like you sensei
