EMS
(not much seen and does he have just one eye or can he be hiding the other for some unknown reason?)
Rinnengan
(Shinra Tensei, Bansho Tenin, Chibaku Tensei etc.)
Izanagi
(Don´t know if he has the full power yet due to the Rinnengan)
Previous powers like elementals and his personal maybe.

i dnt knw, madara is arily weird guy, he probably knws a lot abt the rinnegan nd its secrts, he probably cn use it betta than nagato, bt i wondr wat havin the rinnegan nd EMS will do, isnt the rinnegan mre powerful than the EMS since sharingan cums from rinnegan?
