to blind u so u cant see where i am movin in my ice if even though nobody can barely see me move unless u have sharingan then i sink into the ice and moves as a high speed a and appears behind u stickin only my hand out and stabs u in both ankles wit 3 ice needles then sinkin back into the ice leave the needles there

u didnt read when i froze the water on me to use ice dome and the i sunk into the ice and appear outside my dome which meant the water wasnt on me any more
