Revoking eddy's mud explosion jutsu

I vote no, just because mud is a CE. People make different element rip-offs all the time. And his got approved. There are plenty of things that shouldnt be approved, but get approved.

I personally think both are OP and should either be both done away with, or you both get to keep them.

no i don't know the earth mines. i only know water explosion which i created >.<
if i did learn earth mine or traded it with my water explosion, which i think i did o.o it happened ages ago
i will be able to use it on any mu jutsu and make it a 100% offical move or attack
instead of me just using water to blow up the mud which is like 50% chance being an offical move or attack.

everybody is able to use mud coz mud is an offical earth jutsu and its free to be used by the public >.<

If it is mud that already exists and does not have chakra from either of you, each of you should be able to use the property.

If the mud has his earth chakra and none of your water. You lose

If the mud has your water chakra and none of his earth. He loses.

If your Water mixed with his Earth and made mud, You cancel each other out and just a big explosion happens, you both are forced back away from each other. You cannot control what is his. He cannot control what is yours.

I get what Hells saying, and I have to say the 2 jutsu's look very similar, just a little bit of word play to make it look different too good to be a coincidence

But in saying that, can you please clarify 2 things if you could Hell; isn't mud an element created using water and earth? and it's shown in Narutoverse to be used by by ninja's freely which means that it's not even a KG element or CE

Secondly it's not uncommon for people use different elements to create jutsu's that essentially follows the same concept, we see examples of this in cannon and in NB i.e. all the clone's essentially follow the same concept.

So in my personal opinion what Eddy has done is to steel your concept of the jutsu, which is ethically wrong and immoral, but unethical doesn't mean illegal, so even though in principle I agree with you, in theoretical terms Eddy has done nothing against the rules, because there's no rule against using a concept of a jutsu to create a new one.

its not like u see jman stealing kakashi's chidori and creating something based on that element and creating that same jutsu =| like a fire lightning chidori.... (the fire element also takes the same shape and form of chidori)

He doesnt need to know the Water explosion as well. if he did, he could probably make an even more refined Mud explosion with a combo of both input into the description of the new mud explosion. But he would have to learn water explosion from you to do so.

Both of you get together. Teach each other your techs, Get Mega Mud Explosion. You both have a new more powerful only you two can use tech, but you cant use it when battling each other. Ahhhh...but that's where you're wrong; Kakashi and Jiraiya both used the Yondaime's own creation the Rasengan, Jiraiya more so than Kakashi to the point where he has his own variations of it, and it's his ultimate technique, he even enhanced it using Sage mode.

But as I said it's unethical true but not illegal according to the current NB rules and guidelines.

what if kakashi made a fire chidori and didn't teach jma, can jman create a proper fire chidori?

what if kakashi made a combination element called firelightning (note every body can mix fire and lightning to create firelightning) and created a firelightning chidori. can jman create a proper firelightning chidori.
ps. lets just say that in the naruto universe there is a law saying that once u create a custom jutsu, that custom jutsu belongs to u.

See, but thats what I mean. It is a rip off, using a different element. Therefore it isnt a rip off. I'm pretty sure it is just a Mud type of his original Earth explosion, and then saw u use your water one and went hey, that a nice jutsu. And its workable due to your water explosion.

But note to my Above. I say this. each of you teach each other your techs. You both come up with like a Mega Mud Tech (used separately) and a Multiple Mud Explosion Tech(used in a tag team together. I daresay if you two are tag team partners you are not to be messed with).

Both of you win in this situation.

Also, you cannot use his earth explosion although you know it. He cannot use your water explosion, although he knows it. It makes each of your techs yours.

Believe me, any one can ripp of your jutsus, even me =|. i can ripp off all your custom jutsus (regular element) and make them into one of my custom element jutsus. do u want your custom ripped off? eddy has been ripping off my jutsus and he may have been ripping off of yours.

On one side, the concept is the same, and in theory, since Mud= Earth+ Water, he would need to know how to explode Earth and Water, since one of the requirements to use mud is mastery over earth and water elements. Plus, the concept is the same, but then no other elemental explosion could be allowed.

On the other hand, mud is a specific CE which only a few ppl can use so they're the only ones who know how to control it. The problem here is, are you judging the explosion, based on mud being a combo of two elements or a simple element? I remember seeing this arguement regarding a Fire and Wind combo vs a Wood technique. I think it was TenzoX against Hasashi but im not sure. Whatever, that doesn't mind O_O.
Also, if that jutsu were to be revoked, all jutsus would need to, which in fact didn't happened with me with my Pyramid of Doom. I admit that jutsu was ridiculously oped and it was fair for the rest of RP'ers when Rei declined it, however it was completely unfair to me since there are still other extremely oped jutsus out there. And for this i have to ''blame'' Rei. If you do this to one person, you do to all the others, otherwise it will be completely unfair.


So the only thing i have to say is.. nothing :| both of the options make sense. And once again, this happened to me and others' jutsus weren't revoked, which i found completely unfair to me. Yeah, the jutsu was oped and didnt make sense, however that wasn't my fault since i wasn't the one checking that jutsu.

U_U Water explosion is the explosion of all materials made out of water or have water within them including mud...Since mud is the result of Earth+Water

Mud Explosion is the explosion of materials made of purely mud. Lets say mud is in 3 pieces.
Mud is 2/3 Earth and 1/3 Water. but using mud explosion he is exploding the earth part of the equation (which so happens to be mixed with water)

I have no choice on this I'm just putting my two cents out there...If you don't like it then you don't have to pay attention to it :|
