Okay, so you literally need to learn all Suiton C-B rank.
Well, the first one you'll be learning is:
(Suiton: Mizuame Nababara) - Water Style: Syrup Capture Field

Description: The user projects a stream of sticky, syrupy liquid which can be spit onto a surface to form an adhesive trap or onto a person to inhibit their mobility.
Suiton: Mizuame Nababara is a Supplementary jutsu that, despite common belief, can be quiet useful. By using this jutsu, you release an amount of syrup in proportion to the amount of time you "charge" the jutsu.
As a supplementary jutsu, it does no damage, but it is good for coating the ground or walls in a stick substance, making it great for trapping, and also a great jutsu to use in conjunction with other water jutsu.
A cool fact about this jutsu is: If the opponents hands get covered in this, it would be harder for them to use jutsu that require handseals! Though I've never seen anyone do this, it makes perfect sense. If their fingers are sticking together, they're gonna have a heck of a time.
First, the handseals for this jutsu: Ram and Tiger.
So, begin by first focusing Sution chakra into your stomach, and storing it there.

Now, continue channeling water chakra into your stomach - use it to make the liquid in your stomach very thick so it has a high viscosity (do you know what viscosity is, or do I need to explain? o_o), and churn it around in your stomach until you feel that it becomes to thick for you to do much more to it.
*I keep chaneling chakra in my stomach to make a sticky and thick fluid inside me, I feel some pressure because of the thickness of the fluid so I spit of a syrup like liquid out of my mouth*

Now, see, because of the thickness of the syrup, you can't just spit it out, you have to do it a certain way.
Make some more syrup in your belly, using the same process as before, and then I'll explain the next step.

Anyway, because the syrup is to thick to be spit out normally...as you've seen twice...you'll need a little assistance.
So, again, make some syrup, but then coat your stomach, throat, and mouth with chakra. This will allow you to forcefully expel the syrup, as well as keeping it from sticking to your throat.

The Water Clone jutsu allows you to, well, make a clone of water. o_o" It's really simple.
Using a water source, you will animate a body of water and have it take upon your shape, and infuse it with your chakra. It functions like any other tangible clone.
First, the handseals: Tiger.
I want you to form the handseal, and use your chakra to pull up water from the lake, and try and make it take your form.

You seem to almost have it that time. Try again - again describe the process of how you're actually using the jutsu.
O_O thats copyrigth or something -.-.....anyway I have tons of more ideas for a custom element so you can use that U_U xd

This jutsu doesn't require handseals, so what you need to do is focus your chakra into a water source, and pull a a single drill like structure out, and have it strike the water clone you just made.
Note that I'll have you preform both the real jutsu, and the NB description of it, just to be safe.
