Ok to start of I take out a flash bomb and throw this 7m I then throw 2 kunai at you.

That's not the way to do it. You have to post every jutsu you use while you're using it (which messes up our strategies some times, unfortunatly)
You should have done it this way:
Ok to start of I take out a flash bomb and throw this 7m I then throw 2 kunai at you.
As you're blinded by the flash, I use Clone Technique to replace me, while I tunnel underground using (And here you have to write the jutsu you use).
So when you (your opponent) get your vision back, you are facing a clone, instead of the real me, even though you don't know it.
Then in the next turn, you can say that you pop up from the ground, bla bla.

Damn that sucks that takes away a LOT of strategy and deception which is the key to most Naruto battles in the manga...*sigh lol.
Thats like playing chess and your opponent tells you his next couple of moves so you can go...ok well I'll just do this then lol.

We are 10m apart.
I start of by using:
I keep the staff in my hand and wait for your turn
<opponent move> Throws shuriken
I throw my Rock Staff in the path of your shuriken some sticking into the staff the others flying into the air or ground since we are only 10m and this throw is pinpoint accurate (aimed at your torso) it will not only knock you back but the shuriken imbedded in the rock will cut you.

with this one i would create the staff then use it as a weapon to fight the opponent off or spear the opponent from distance, or make many staffs to attack the opponent causeing to be less accurate

Remember, if the ground is filled with oil, or ashes or whatever, when you pop either the staff or the earth objects, they will be filled with said things
For some reason, this is progressing slower than the other trainnings, so I'll speed things a bit xd

And 4 rocks come at you from the front, left, back and right hand side of were your standing they are 6ft high and rush at you with tremendous speed.

(2nd jutsu) for this one i would use it to just stay away from the enemy, or i could jutsu use it and pop up on them after the turn around and kill them, hell or just use it to escape from an attack
(3rd jutsu) i would use this jutsu more to trapp the opponent from having to many spikes they not being able to move then create another spike to stab the oponent where they are stuck at

everything's fine but the first jutsu. Even though it allows you to manipulate multiple pieces of rock to create boulders, it doesn't change the fact that you can only create two great boulders per usage, not 4.
