Background Info.
History:
Born to the Dessert Nomads, Raiton Oji and his family traveled across the desert plains of the Shinobi world ever since time has began. Running through their blood is the power to control sand. However, before his father could train him, an incident took place that wiped out his entire family leaving only him and his younger sister. The incident was intercepted by the shinobis of Sunagakure headed by Gaara thus, saving him and his sister. Determine to fulfill his destiny, he submits his self to the leadership of Gaara, pledges alliance to Sunagakure and trained to become a shinobi.
