I want you to tell me what 2 Tomoe sharingan can do, Copy and paste the Nb Version and then put it into context of your understanding in to your own words

Own Understanding:NB Versions: Requirements: Must have stage one sharingan and 2 training sessions.
Description: It allows the user to perceive motions as well as be able to copy the motions perceived. An example of this is when Sasuke was fighting Rock Lee. When activated the user's eyes turn blood red, and gain two extra pupils, the tomoe which surrounds the original pupil. At this level the user gains a better understanding of the sharingan. The user can now anticipate and analyze faster movement, as well as mimic minor movements made by an opponent. The user can now track handseals as well, allowing one to predict ninjutsu and help avoid it. The user is now able to pierce through visual C rank genjutsu and below.
Own Understanding: With the second tomoe the speed is faster in fighting. And with the second tomoe you can track handseals. With the Second tomoe the user can see through c rank Genjutsu and below. So faster and stronger ;'D
