~New Rule~​

• Users are not allowed to request multiple times in a time span of 1 month,what that means is that when you make a request,you must wait for 1 month to be able to make another one.Special cases such as Missing Nin to Village are allowed.

This is not done because i don`t like taking requests,i have just noticed that i have made some people signatures 2 times,even 3 times,while i haven`t even looked at other people`s.
I am sure that if you follow this rule,everyone will get a signature quicker.
