Ok so We've seen the tailed beats being drawn into this statue throughout the second part of the story. However some new details have come to light. Look at the statue in page 8 of chapter 512, and at the base there are giant flower petals. Also note the symbols on the wall (for later).

now look at the stem on page 9 of chapter 512. It goes all the way up to a flower at the top. Note the symbols by the flower. You guessed it, those are the same symbols we saw earlier. So what we are looking at it the stem of the Heretical Demon statue.

This chapter also goes to show a mass of Hashirama's DNA imbedded in the stem, and that the chakra from the beats was used to create an army of zetsu clones. This brings up some interesting questions.

Is this flower the origin of zetsu? or was zetsu the one that created/summoned it?

The other hands near hashirama could mean that more than one person's DNA is in there, who else could be imbedded in this flower?

What other stuff can this thing produce?

could that slit in the stomach of the statue be where it "gives birth" to the new 10 tails?

It could be. Since its not in color its hard to tell exactly what it is.

The y did a closeup on it on the top left of page 8. so it is of some significance

I'm pretty sure he was talking about the mass of livinig Hashirmama tissue, but the flower would most likely have to have been around since the fight between the two, since it would have had to house the livinig tissue madara stole. And the tissue wouldnt have lived levery long if it wasnt incubated right away. So it's safe to assume that the flower has been around since thier epic fight.

Also,the roots ,of that "sakura like flower" that, Gedou Mazo is sitting,are the "chakra providers" that Madara used to make the white Zetsus as it is seen at the next pages....

,is that the 9 cycles are the 9 tailed beasts,the box is the Gedou Mazo(the body of the Juubi,as a lot things,and also me),and the biggest cycle is all the Juubi with his chakra OR "The Moons Eye Plan" Jutsu that Madara want to use...

Amataretsu,Sword Of Kusanagi etc. are from Buddhistic Religion and the Folklore that the peaple that live at these countries have developed...

Its quit possible the copy of the first Hokage is used with Madara DNA to repair injuries incurred in battle, Madara can then grow any possible part of His body that occur injuries especially from what we have seen so far in every major battle from Minato to now Madara has had arm injuries.
