The new character is named Laurs (larz) he has nothing to do with Naruto.
Oh, he is from Tekken.

his name is Lars Alexandersson, from Tekken 6 and he is a swedish captain or sumtin like that. pretty cool but would rather have like ichigo or someone instead

why would they put a teken character in a naruto game? i don't get it XD why didn't they put that guy that uses buble ninjutso from a filler XD that would be better i think and why didn't they put the characte's from naruto (the kid's xd) like a DBZ game that has all the characters

Kishimoto helped design his outfit is why he's in the game. It's a shame though since like the 6 tails jinchurikki you mentioned there were more fitting characters for the game than him.
