1 RP bio question so I don't have to ask again

First of all ... I KNOW I am just now able to submit my bio for approval.

my question is three part ... that means there are up to 3 answers...

I know that there are standard E-rank jutsu listed in the bio template section, but where can I find all of the rest of the standard jutsu D-Forb-ranks?
...and...
when I start elements, are there lists for the standard elemental jutsu also? or do they all have to be learned just in the elemental training?

that is the NB jutsu list, you can use all those jutsu's, as long as you are taught them by a sensei

ok so no matter what when starting a bio one has to learn ALL taijutsu & ninjutsu weather canon elemental or non-elemental jutsu from a sensei even if say they are at the jounin level?

for instance if I was a sannin and started up a new bio, I would have to start with only the E-rank academy jutsus and I would have to learn ALL the D-A-rank taijutsus/ninjutsus, and D-whatever elemental jutsus for my chosen elements?

You have to find a sensei and learn them all, no matter if you are genin or sanin.
Well, I think you get the E rank basic ninjutsu (

) when you create a bio, but, still, some of them are only for a special characters. ^^

Ok, thats what I thought but I wanted to make sure, so I don't have to keep bugging everyone after each level I gain. c°_°ɔ by asking this same question...
i.e. Where can I find a list of jutsus that I can add to my bio because I just hit Chunnin, Jounin, ect...? Thanks for the input!

you get the higher up jutsu when u get trained by a sensei....and then u add those jutsu to ur bio as an update
