-What is wind? How can you think it is it's relation to chakra?
-Any idea of how wind jutsu work?

Wind is an element that is used for offensive porpuses and also to make combo attacks with other elements(like Fire)...For a shinobi,a person can manipulate wind element by trying to make the wind thiner and thiner in order to be sharper and to be greater to attack...Its weakness is Fire and its Strength is Lightning

Ok, it's avarage.
I guess we must first begin by learning how to focus futon chakra. Now go up this plateau!
*in a row of handseals, I channel my doton chakra onto the ground and a brown plateau emerges*
Now climb there and try to feel the wind and meditate about it.
Okay Sensei!
*climbs up to the top,sits down,close the eyes and start to meditate*
*meditate and imaging the power of wind that is passing by me...*
*feels how wind is working*
*the same thing is going like this for hours...*
*felling the wind,it purposes,how it can be used by a shinobi,how sharp can be and can cut throw objects*
*suddenty open eyes and climb off going to the ground*

Meditate a bit more and try to focus your futon chakra now. Try to tap on it and infuse it with the wind from the outside. Try to be on with the wind, which will be very useful once we begin with jutsus.

Ok now you're readt for the first wind jutsu. But first, GET YOU ASS DOWN HERE!!
*once you're down, I explain the first futon jutsu*
Fuuton: Fuusajin (Wind Style: Dust Wind)
Type:Attack/Supplementary
Rank: D
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:10
Damage Points:20
Description: A gust of wind with added sand from the environment capable also of throwing away objects towards the opponent. Requires handseals and some time for the user to collect the sand. The user will form the handseals and as the Fuusajin rises, it will collect the dust or sand before it gets directed towards the opponent.
Quite straight forward, mold your futon chakra into the nearby wind as you make the heandseals to mold it. As you finish the row of handseals, make the wind rise and catch some dust. Please, direct the attack to that dummy's *points* eyes.

What would be a good way to use this jutsu? is it really THAT offensive? or it can be used more as a distraction to set up another attack

It is a Supplementary jutsu...It is good to bind someone(like Sand Attack of Pidgeot at Pokemon xd)
This jutsu is very good for making the opponent cant see and you will have the chance to withdraw or to make another attack....

Chakra Cost:10

Description: User creates a wall of spinning wind in front of him that is used to push back weapons thrown towards him. It can also be used against taijutsu close range attacks, but the wall can be pushed back with a stronger wind jutsu or if a smoke bomb or explosive tag touches the
spinning wind they will automatically get activated because of the sharpness of the wind element, damaging the user also.
Make a short row of handseals while focusing you futon chakra. Now release it suddenly into the air. Once it is infused quickly mold it to your will in order to generate a spiraling and rumbling wind wall in front of you. i'll the throw a kunai and see how is it working.

*after memorize them,continue to make them and start build up futon chakra*
*release it to the air,but nothing....so Im doing again the process*
*after several times,the futon chakra is realeased properly,but still cant mold it very good....*
*again after several times,the realease of futon chakra around my body went very good,and the futon around me is been mold properly with my chakra*
*a sharp,spiraling walll is start to be seen around me,that gets stronger and stronger,by putting more and more futon chakra,in order to make the wall be more effective*

You didn't generate the wall in front of you that's what you did wrongly. U_U
Of course you must make it again, but be sure to remember this jutsu only generates the spiraling wind wall in FRONT of you. The other steps where just ideal.

*start to perform the handseals,meanwhile build up futon chakra*
*after some time release it and with futon chakra tries to mold wind for making a sharp,spiraling rumbling wall of wind in front of me*
