um, you seem to forget you are still under the effect of the first Butoukai Ouka No Jutsu (Dance of the Cherry Blossoms Technique) which blinds even the sharingan and Gokan Sakusou (Five Senses Confusion Disorder) which makes it almost impossible for you to avoid attacks so the Gedo Mark (Confusion) would have hit also.. in other words appearing behind anyone is impossible for you.
