no idont think that he will. i think thats one of the advantages of having the EM . bt having the sharigan and being apart of the uchia clan it takes up alot of chakra to use any of the eye techs

there was a chapter were kakashi asks itachi how much of his eyesight he has lost because of mangekyou use, itachi seems to be really surprised. I think that is because that is something that only a mangekyou user could know

Definetly no due to the fact that hes not even an Uchiha. You have to be in the Bloodline to have that disability
