best and worst actors

i'm covering myself and placing in the chatterbox because i'm not talking about existing movies only but movies that could be made

anyways alot of people have had alot of complaints about the new live action reproductions of animes in a movie format. mainly due to actors and acting aswell as storyline changes.


my question to the people of narutobase is this. who would be the worst actors/actresses and who would be the best actors/actresses for any anime character(s) of your choice.
it could just be a celebrity you like or think would be awful in a role, it doesn't just have to be actors as many celebrities do a little acting.

His look fits the character, but not the personality.

Jim Carrey is often portraying an idiot who's trying to be funny. Franky is funny but in his own way, he's not necessarily trying to be funny he just is.
