since combining the two dna's the user will be able to be almost like the sage.

story line-
when combing the two dna's, the uchiha member can use the ultimate genjutsu, but when a senju (naruto) combines the two Dna, he will become the next So6p (not the current sage thingy he has now but far better) and will be able to create shit. Once he fights sasuke, he will use those new powers to kill sasuke or create the uchiha clan again. everybody is happy, blah blah blah

That was my exact thinking (minus the uchiha genjutsu part). I think once naruto becomes the new equivalent to the SO6Ps, he'll fight with Sasuke, who'll realize that he was fooled by madara but get killed by him and Naruto goes crazy to avenge Sasuke and finally kills Madara or renders him completely powerless with some form of his own Genjutsu that alters reality

you know how characteristic (spelling) are passed down from generation and some times certain characteristics/ dna will sometimes match with there ancestors (i am not into science or smart), maybe, just maybe naruto has some certain DNA structure that matches him to the so6p and thats why he could transform like that o.o
