Wht's the purpose of taking, migrating your Uchicha Ems whatever soul into the traSHED body of a 15 year old. I mean even if Madara was desperate enough to do a on the rush transplant what was he gaining. Oh, yeah , a bad body take on?!!!!!!
I mean, Kakashi's, the ramen seller, the guy on the street, but a newly activated sharingan in atotally destroyed body?!?!!

Well whenever Madara's limbs are cut off or destroyed/crushed they are replaced with some of Zetsu's healing ability or something. So Perhaps Madara could have done that to other bodies which would show how young he in the 509 chapter, i'm not saying he could just use Obito's body but I mean like other bodies like Orochimaru does, use bodies to keep himself looking young.

one problem when the village was attacked by the fox and madara 16yrs ago, kakashi was still young therefore obito would of been young also.

The tobi we saw was as tall as the fourth so i doubt it would be obito. unless madara used obito's body and prematurley aged it some how, but the obito thing is hard to believe at this stage.

As a fact, Orochimaru never landed in trashed body.. That's be the opposite of evolving for him
