In a move with more flow, jum in the air, do baika no jutsu and attempt that, with a aprt of that expansion chakra, you expand your hair covering you then, harden it with normal chakra to make it steel like. The do the same, rotate and come to me with all your force.

Now, concentrate your chakra into your fat and turn those calories into fuirther chakra. Then direct it to the disered limb you'd like to expand. Concentrate well or you may end up doing the normal baika no jutsu. You amy want to begin with a finger, then a hand, then up to the forearm and finally the whole arm.
