I am aware that this varies, but I'd like to hear your guys' opinion on how much kumi ON AVERAGE would you value a D-Rank, C-Rank... S-Rank CJs. I'd like to gage the trading prices nowadays.

It depends on the CJ. The rank doesnt necessarily dictate the quality of a cj.

I would price any of mine at 1.5k which is the maximum. I have yet to see anything under that amount unless it is a friend helping a friend. Where then you would see maybe 800 for a CJ or 500. But no matter the rank, if they want it that bad, it will be 1.5k. And if you want the kumi that bad and they don't want your tech that bad, then maybe you should think about making adjustments to the price. All in all, I wouldn't want to sell my CJ for anything lower than 1.5k because whereas I would have sold it for 500, someone may want it bad enough that they would offer 1.5 and now that is one less slot I have to make that extra dollar. We want to pump up those numbers, Tsuki.
