So, what exactly can a jinchuriki bio have?

Depends, if its pathways. You choose one path as your main with the option to have the base version of the other pathway. For example if you pick sanbi and go hermit path for shockwaves, you get access to the basic coral (not the pathway specific coral). However i beleive you can forgoe the second part by replacing it with at most a HA ability. In the sanbi example, instead of the basic coral you cpuld pick uzumaki in stead.

Im not really sure about modes sorry @Lord of Kaos or the sensei would be able to answer it or im sure a search in the discord if your in there will bring it up. I know that a jin cant have a kg if its gonna be a hybrid

Check their individual rules. They usually say what they can have. For example, I'l pretty sure they all come with a line that says

"The user can choose to have a Mode or a different AN but this prevents him from gaining both Bijuu Skills later."

• Jinchuriki are capable of fully completing one Bijuu Pathway branch. Should they choose to Dual Ability with their Bijuu, they can gain up to the Level One Skills of another Branch. However, if they choose to have a Mode/AN/etc, they can only have one Pathway.
