You can’t make custom sharingan genjutsu outside of the one tied to a mangekyo sharingan eye. If it’s an MS technique it wouldn’t require handseals but the restrictions would be lowering the amount of time the MS can remain active, recoil damage, and/or other standard restrictions.

The generic sharingan genjutsu in the sharingan techniques thread can be used with your imagination though… within reason and the restrictions stated in the jutsu description.
