Well hello there.

Full disclaimer, I have only a small amount of experience in training of particular fields of abilities or techniques, so bare with me as this will be, in part, a learning experience for us both. I appreciate your patience as we delve into something as higher tier like EMS.

With that out of the way, I'd like to first establish a baseline of the ability and thus where it stems from. Obviously you've likely progressed through the stages of Sharingan and its various forms, but if you wouldn't mind giving me a brief summary of your understanding -a review, if you will- of each stage of Sharingan leading up to EMS so that I know where you stand in your understanding of the ability as a whole. Then I would like you to follow up with the introduction of EMS itself; primarily focusing on its fundamental differentiations from its lesser, MS. Once we've covered this particular subject, then we'll move onto Blaze.

For the sake of ease of access, I'll link the list of Sharingan techniques Here. Feel free to reference them as you see fit.

So the Sharingan has 3 main stages. The regular 3 tomoe Sharingan, the Mangekyo Sharingan, and the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. Jutsu cast by these eyes are SPRT based.

The 3 tomoe Sharingan is its lowest level awakened by trauma. Typically upon unlocking it, it starts with 1 and/or 2 tomoe in each eye that progresses into 3 tomoe. The Sharingan can see chakra and see chakra flow. It has incredible tracking abilities, can predict and read muscle movement such as in taijutsu or handseals. it can copy and memorize jutsu that the user can logically use by discerning the mechanics of the jutsu. It can also cast powerful ocular genjutsu even capable of mind control on weaker willed targets and see through genjutsu.

If the user experiences even more intense trauma, their Sharingan will evolve into the Mangekyo Sharingan. The MS carries with it the abilities of the 3 tomoe sharingan but at an equal or greater level. Each eye also has a unique jutsu. In the case of Sasuke, his left eye has Amaterasu and his right eye has Kagutsuchi. The MS also grants the user to use the initial form of Susanoo. This power comes at the cost of one's vision and gives the user recoil. Eventually with enough use the user will go blind. Within our RP, the user can also cast basic genjutsu via line of sight without the use of handseals. The genjutsu prowess of the MS is even capable of controlling Bijuu and casting genjutsu that affects perfect jinchuriki via severing their connection.

The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan is what occurs when an MS user swaps eyes with a sibling who also has the MS at equal or stronger levels. Their vision is now restored and they do not experience recoil from using their eye jutsu's. The EMS carries with it the abilities of the previou stages. And now the user can call forth a full body susanoo that even eclipses the size of bijuu. Its genjutsu prowess has increased to the point of forcing bijuu transformatins to end for double the time. The generic Sharingan Genjutsu casted via these eyes also recieved a +50 in damage.

A good summary, thank you. To be clear, some of the bonuses you are referring to with relation to EMS are constituted not by the EMS technique itself (such as merely by its activation), but also through the implication of other techniques that scale relative to the inclusion of EMS as a scaling reference. For example, the +50 damage to Doujutsu-related Genjutsu is explicitly tied to the use of the "Copy Wheel Eye Illusion" technique itself, which is the broadly encompassing technique for the Sharingan's Genjutsu capabilities, but does not extend into that of all other Sharingan Genjutsu techniques in general, so keep that in mind.

As for the possession of Bijuu, while there is no explicit reference to this being done in the BA or event-oriented fights, anything pertaining to the potential of this particular effect is highly restricted within the NWRP as a specific category, for obvious reasons. Currently, it is outlined that only Madara Uchiha (LoK) can achieve such an outcome within the NW; so even though the technique may describe its capability of doing so, does not inherently grant free reign to do so at all times, regardless of time or place.

In general, it'll be worth it for you to re-review several of the Sharingan's prior techniques that you may have already learned and been using to recognize the differentiation that may be made based on the use of EMS contrary to prior iterations of the Doujutsu. For example, I've referenced the Copy Wheel Eye Illusion technique below that was mentioned earlier and highlighted several sentences throughout the descriptive text that deals with the adaptability of the technique based on EMS being the outlet of usage. If you would like to review each technique individually here, we can do that, but for the sake of expediency, we'll proceed as if you'll review these things on your own time.

Chakra cost: 15 - 40 ( Equal Cost for Each Additional Turn Sustained )
Damage points: 30 - 80
Description: This broadly refers to a range of genjutsu performed with the Sharingan. It has also been shown to be performed through the Sharingan's higher evolutions: the Mangekyō Sharingan and the Rinnegan. By establishing eye contact with a target, the Sharingan user traps them within a sustained Genjutsu of the user's creation. Sharingan Genjutsu are stronger than other Genjutsu, being difficult to break in comparison due to the sinister chakra powering them. When utilized through the Mangekyo Sharingan, these Genjutsu are enhanced and deal an additional 40 damage. However, the time dilation effects and similar effects/ability of Tsukiyomi and custom variants cannot be replicated through these illusions. When used through the EMS, these illusions deal an addition 50 damage. In the case of Supplementary and none damaging use, these Genjutsu can be exploited for one of various purposes, such as: causing temporary paralysis in the target, forceful extraction of information, relaying memories, removing Genjutsu placed on the target by others, and controlling a target's actions. Controlling a target's abilities in limited to Summoning and other none Creation/Ninja entities. The 3 Tomoe Sharingan can forcibly controls Basic and Ancient Summoning's actions as long as they sustain this technique. MS can affect up to Mythical Contracts while EMS can effect even Legendary Summonings. This control is limited to the ability to control their physical movements with limited access to their ninjutsu, using only skills related to the Summoning itself.

In the event of Bijuu, Mangekyo Sharingan users are able to use their MS to cast powerful enough Genjutsu that even Tailed Beasts cannot break their hosts from it, being ensnarled as well. These Genjutsu can also seize control of a Tailed Beast by temporarily severing its connection to the host without the need for eye contact. If the Jinchuriki has not entered any Chakra Shroud state or higher, the user can cast a powerful Genjutsu that severs their connection and prevents access to the Bijuu as well as any of it's skills for 3 turns. Should a Chakra Shroud or Incomplete Jinchuriki transformation occur, the user is capable of preventing full access to it's Bijuu Skills for 3 turns by suppressing it. This presents itself in an inability to utilize the Tailed Beast Bomb variants, a Bijuu Skill such as Sand or Coral as well as access higher transformations. Should the user have EMS, this control is extended to blocking access for double the time and should a Complete Transformation occur, the user is capable of suppressing it's form and ending the Transformation in it's entirety and forces the health drawbacks to trigger as well as a reduced max health and chakra by 25% from fatigue. However, Bijuu Suppression can only be done by sustaining the technique at the cost of 2 moves per turn and prevents Sharingan Genjutsu for 5 turns.
Note: While powerful, the effects of Sharingan Genjutsu only last while the user actively sustains the technique, preventing usage of other Ninjutsu at the same time. This indiscriminately prevents the use of chakra in other techniques outside of basic Taijutsu only.
Note: When used in the NW, this can be used to tame a wild Tailed Beast and allow the user to summon it in an enraged state for 4 turns, only being capable of using Sharingan and non chakra enhanced Bukijutsu during this time, Ninjutsu being barred while controlling the target. This beast is summoned at max powers and has access to it's Skills and one Bijuu Pathway, determined through Official Roll in the NRP Discord. This ability can currently only be done by Madara Uchiha in the Ninja World.
Note: Can only be used once per turn. MS and EMS use can only be done once every 4 turns.

With those bits out of the way, we'll go ahead and recognize the use of EMS as an established technique within your arsenal. Like mentioned before, be sure to be attentive of the differentiation between what is encompassed by the mere activation of the technique itself, versus what is accounted for distinctly in each individual technique within the canon techniques. Keep in mind that the activation of the Doujutsu does require an active move slot in your turn for the first 4 months of having acquired it, of which after this timeframe you can regard it as a passive activation, much like the potential of the prior forms.

Description: The Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan literally meaning " Eternal Kaleidoscope Copy Wheel Eye", is the final step in the evolutionary state of the Sharingan. While Mangekyo Sharingan is but an imperfect Dojutsu, unable to sustain and keep its own power, weakening with each use, the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan brings control and balance to the power wielded. By merging the users own MS with that of his sibling, the use is able to awaken the EMS. The EMS grants the user the same abilities granted by MS but to unsurpassed levels. While granting the user the ability to perceive the world with increadible insight, it also grants the user the ability to see through S-Rank visual illusions and track the movement speed of almost anything, perfecting the already amazing abilities of the standard MS, like casting Genjutsu without the need for handseals as long as a line of sight to the target is available. A unique feat however, is that once the user awakens EMS, he loses access to his normal MS, transitioning from 3T form to EMS directly. While MS damages the user as time passes and severely tires and drains the user as its used, the EMS doesn't. The user can keep it active without losing his eyesight or damaging himself and can use the normal MS techniques with no activation reduction or drawbacks. Its true that the chakra cost is higher, but the user will feel little to no effect in his stamina and energy. Through his EMS, Madara gained the ability to control Tailed Beasts by forcefully using his sharingan genjutsu/mind manipulation abilities to take control of the Bijuu and temporarily sever its connection to the host. If the Jinchuriki is in normal form or entering one of the transformations, it's blocked from transforming for 3 turns. If it's in incomplete form, it's forced back into normal form and left unable to access his bijuu for 3 turns and if its in complete form, the user gains control over the bijuu, manipulating its movements/actions completely for 2 turns or until the complete form ends (whatever comes first), leaving the host unable to acess his bijuu for 3 turns.
Note: Only usable by bios with EMS after meeting the necessary requirements.
Note: User needs to have activated his 3T Sharingan beforehand
Note: Once activated, lasts 10 turns per use and once the user has held the ability for 4 months, can be done passively, with no move cost.
Note: Using MS techniques don't reduce the activation time.
Note: To avoid direct Eye Contact and be able to focus only on the body movement below the chin, the opponent needs to have mastered Taijutsu to possess the necessary skill.
Note: Predicting the nature of a technique or what it exactly is requires the user to either know the technique or that its a cannon technique.
Note: While active, as long as a clear line of sight and the range is respected, the user can cast normal non-Doujutsu Genjutsu without the need for handseals. However, Doujutsu illusions still require eye contact (if feasible) or their own requirements; this ability only affects regular Genjutsu.

I train a bit differently to Robin. I want you to explain the techs to me, then ask any questions you may have.

For my sake, can you tell me the power of the 3t and why MS becomes so much stronger? What does it give you outside of the 3 unique techniques and what is the major issue with it?

The 3 tomoe sharingan allows the user to see chakra, detect and see through genjutsu, read movements with extreme precision, anticipate muscle movement, and analyze hand seals. Users can copy ninjutsu, genjutsu, and taijutsu, though only if they already have the physical ability or chakra nature required. It also enables the user to cast powerful genjutsu via eye contact.

The Mangkeyo Sharingan grants each eye its own ability. This can be blaze release, space/time ninjutsu, or genjutsu. It also grants Susanoo. Its ability to track, see through genjutsu, and cast regular sharingan genjutsu are also increased. This power comes at a cost of the user's vision. Each time they use an MS jutsu their vision deteriorates befoe they finally go blind. They also experience physical recoil from using the MS jutsu. This can be remedied by obtain the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan which grants even stronger tracking and genjutsu abilities and the ability to use MS techniques without recoil or damage to one's vision.

When it says see through genjutsu, how does this translate in our rp?

Seeing through genjutsu is a passive process they still require thought by the user. With Sharingans abilities one might notice theyre in a genjutsu by seeing their own chakra for example and noticing that it is disturbed. From there the Sharingan will passively see through and break the genjutsu or the use can opt to taking control of the genjutsu and reversing it back on its user via the Heaven and Earth Change technique. Of course there are limitation to the Sharingan ability to see through and reverse genjutsu that depends on its current stage.

You don't break the illusion, you can see it's clearly an illusion affecting you, you still need to correct your chakra system.

Are you an MS user or EMS btw?

Type: Offensive
Rank: Forbidden

Chakra Cost: 70
Damage Points: 120 (-20 to user per use)
Description: One of the basic techniques awoken with MS, this illusion renders the victim at the total mercy of the user. The user has full control over space and time in the jutsu and can place the one affected through any hell they desire for any length desired. The only limitation of the technique is the users own imagination and skill, a fact proven by Itachi Uchiha who was must more masterful with its use than any other Uchiha before him. The technique itself only lasts for but a mere second in reality, but the one affected could have suffered through the equivalent of several weeks of torture which will manifest in severe mental damage and physical fatigue.
Note: Requires direct Eye Contact and the user to have MS active
Note: Each use reduces the duration of MS by 2 turns
Note: Its unblockable and unreleasable
Note: If the target doesn't possess at least a 3 Tomoe Sharingan, he is left unconscious and unable to fight regardless of body's physical condition

I don’t have access to that jutsu. I have Amaterasu and kagatsuchi. But Tsukuyomi is a goated technique. Basically it blasts the brain with a large amount of trauma in an instant.In the genjutsu the user has complete control over time and space. The time variable being a unique trait to the genjutsu. It leaves the target unconscious if they don’t have a sharingan. It requires an ms or higher plus Tsukuyomi to counter.

Description: Uchiha who have achieved Susano'o and have their Mangekyou activated are capable of calling upon Susano'o's skeletal structure, such as a ribcage for basic defence or an arm for interacting with the surroundings. This allows him to attack with quick force or to defend just as well, requiring no hand seals to trigger. The user can do this once every two turns and 4 times in total. If the user has an EMS or higher, the damage and/or defense increases by 20 damage or 40 for Rinnegan.
Note: Mangekyou or higher must be active to utilize. Can only be used by Uchiha or Hagoromo.
Note: Does not count as a full usage of Susano'o. However, if Susano'o has been used and cannot be used again, this cannot be as well.


( Doujutsu: Susano'o ) - Eye Technique: Sasuke's Tempestuous God of Valor

Description: Susano'o is a gigantic, humanoid avatar made of the user's chakra which manifests around the user and becomes an extension of their will, acting and attacking on their behalf. By default, Susano'o is anchored to its user and they to it: in its less developed forms it will move around with the user; in its more completed forms the user will be suspended within Susano'o, being brought with it as it moves. This connection allows Susano'o to shield against physical attacks, becoming more difficult to penetrate as it is manifested more fully.
Standard:
In its initial form (requires EMS), Sasuke's Susano'o has S-rank durability and for combat, employs either a sabre or a bow (S-rank constructs). With regards to the latter, it is able to produce arrows of chakra to use in tandem with said bow via an orb held by its third hand. Up to two arrows can be shot per turn with each retaining the same damage output and traveling quickly (2x Sage base speed). Alternatively, the arrows can be used as makeshift melee weapons. More notably, its own abilities can be used in conjunction with Blaze Release, which occurs passively. At this level, it becomes able to use Yasaka Magatama as well.


Complete Body:
Two turns after it initially manifests, the user stabilizes their chakra and hence induces their Susano'o to advance to its final form. In its final form, Susano'o acquires new traits including a tengu-esque nose, wings for flight, and robes with ornate armor. But more importantly, it gains power akin to a Bijuu. Once stabilized, the Complete Body form can protect its user from all but the strongest of attacks (100 damage). And with regards to its offense, its weapons can inflict F-rank damage up to long-range no matter the weapon being used, with the sword having been shown able to cleave mountains.
Indra Susano'o:
When drawing on the power of the Rinnegan, the armor surrounding the Complete-Body form is reduced somewhat while the size of the Susano'o nearly doubles, exposing the humanoid within. The humanoid form below glows like lightning and emits this lightning from it's body like Chidori. This Susano'o gains a significant power increase, allowing it to reduce up to 120 damage. It can also use it's blades to deal damage on the same scale, dealing 120 damage with the sword it generates. Sasuke is also able to perform his Chidori through this Susano'o as well as Susano'o: Great Fireball Technique and Indra's Arrow. This form can only be activated once per event and only after Complete Body form has been reached, being able to trigger it at any point after. However, this form only lasts 3 turns due to it's tremendous chakra burn, requiring 100 to activate and 40 per turn to sustain.
Note: Counts as a move each turn it is active; moreover, Izanagi and Izanami cannot be used.
Note: For Sasuke with EMS, Susano'o is usable twice and lasts up to six turns, with a three-turn cooldown after EMS is reactivated.
Note: For Sasuke with Rinnegan, Susanoo is usable twice and lasts up to eight turns, with a three-turn cooldown.

This is Susanoo in its full power. Susanoo is an chakra warrior avatar. It has 3 levels, me being an EMS user, I have access to 2/3. The susanoo must evolve over time and starts in its lower level.

The initial form has S rank durability, which is a bit low for 120 chakra. It can have a sabre or bow. The arrows are s rank in strength and move as twice sage speed which I believe means they move at 24 speed. This can also be combined with blase release.

Next is complete body susanoo aka perfect susanoo. Presumaby the size of a boss summon. The manga varies on its size by a lot. It can fly. It has 100 damage defense, and its attacks are now F rank in power.

Indra Susanoo is a form I dont have access to, its exclusive to the rinnegan. Its a susanoo with lightning flowing through it. Its basic damage and defense go to 120. It has access to other jutsu like indra arrow.

Overall Susanoo is always consuming a time frame jutst by existing, lassts 6 turns, twice per match




But anyway, what are the strength/weaknesses of Susanoo? I assume neutral but cant be too sure.

How long does the first technique last?


The chakra cost of MS stuff is the way to balance it with it being so strong. Also, instant S rank protection with the current clashing rules is hella powerful. And yeah arrows would be 24 speed probs.

Susanoo as neutral to all.

Description: The user channels chakra through the blades of his Susano'o. Swinging the blades forward, the user releases waves of raw chakra released from the swords with great force and power, cut through mountains. These waves are capable of crippling large buildings with ease, leaving behind only shattered remains of items as they impact it.
Note: Can only be done with either stabilized Standard Susano'o or a Complete Susano'o ( Perfect Susano'o form ). When used by Complete Susano'o, it is capable of delivering 100 damage to attacks per use.
Note: Susano'o with Rinnegans are able to use the next highest damage variant, dealing 120 damage three times per fight.
Note: Sasuke is capable of using the highest level when in his Indra Susano'o up to 3 times per battle with a turn break in between.


( Susano'o: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Susano'o: Great Fireball Technique

Description: Using Complete Body - Susanoo as a medium, the user can fire a multitude of fireballs from the construct's mouth. The fireballs vary in size, capable of becoming as large as a Tailed Beast. As the technique doesn't explode on impact, the fireballs can be repelled with enough force. By launching the technique into the sky, it creates thunderclouds, making it possible to use Kirin.
Note: Can only be used by Sasuke Uchiha with Susano'o active.

Susano'o: Twin Blade Dance
The susanoo swings its swords releasing waves of chakra that are neutral to elements that have the power to destroy mountains. Require Susanoo to be stabilized and it gets more power based on the version of Susanoo and the user's eyes. Standard Susanoo can do up to 80 damage. Complete Susanoo can do 100. When I get my rinnegan, that is boosted to 120. Indra Susanoo can do 140 damage. Each version requires more chakra. This is a good bread and butter technique for Susanoo since it doesnt really have any restrictions.


( Susano'o: Gōkakyū no Jutsu ) - Susano'o: Great Fireball Technique
One of if not the most powerful canon katon technique. It requires complete Susanoo. It fires powerful fireball jutsu's from the Susanoo.The vary in size, capable of matching a bijuu in size. Presumably the sizes get smaller the more fireballs are shot because that splits the power of the jutsu in total.

Lol my bad. Im really sure where the bar is for those customs. I figured they'd get declined with some parameters given in the reason then I'd go from there.
