To be honest I have mixed feelings abt this chapter. In one moment we got literally nothing which we don't know. In another instance Oda laid lore for future chapters which might become important after 200chapters(maybe).
Coming to the chapter-

1)Rescue Kuma/ Shirahoshi;
Felt this part was totally unnecessary. We know Kuma was rescued n Charlos taking another 'L' is nothing new. At this point Oda purposefully want us to hate CDs. Even tho they are some of the biggest manipulators in Opverse (lyk Gorosei, Doffy, Shanks) i don't understand how the helmet guys are so dumb.

2)Gorosei Meeting;
Cobra was talking about her ancestor and basically got no answer from Gorosei.
Im saying Lili made me think that maybe Im sama was badly rubbed by Lili. I mean she might be a lover of Im who betrayed him/her (or) she outright rejected Im's proposal, took Pluton with her n hid it in Wano. If that's the case then I won't be surprised if Lili taught Kozukis how to read/write ancient texts.
*This theory is based on real lyf Egyptian Queen Nefertari. She didn't reined lyk Lily. Queen Nefertari could read and write hieroglyphs(rarest skill). Also she had a title called "Lady of 2 lands" which I believe connects Lili with Alabasta and Wano royalty.
I think Toki was tasked to go to Alabasta with the Poneglyph which shows exact location of Pluton. On her journey back they were attacked by WG n she time jumped. I don't think it was ever shown why she wanted to go to Wano. This might explain the whole stuff.

Lastly Im showing himself to Cobra. This was interesting. Prolly next chapter if it continues we might get some answer. I
will rate this chapter as 3.5/5.

If Im is Lili then why will there be 19 weapons in front of empty throne?

If Im was Lili then Nefertari family would have shifted to Mariejois. But that wasn't the case. Rather she wrote a short letter for future gen which discussed abt 'Family of D'. Something obviously Celestial Dragons won't do as they consider 'D' as sworn enemy.

This could only mean one thing i.e Lily got swayed by Joyboy. She was like Vivi (800yrs ago) who prolly became a follower of Joyboy. Prolly travelled with him.
When the whole debacle was over Lily was asked to take the seat in Mariejois. She was most prolly horrified by the way POWs were treated by the royalty which become Celestial Dragons. This triggered her to steal Pluton n hid it in Wano.

Coming back to NB after so many years away, it feels like coming back home (I wish OJ was still up too).

On topic: This chapter makes history even more interesting, the ancient kingdom has been theorized to have a traitor among them.... It'll appear that the 20 Monarchs did not all agree on how to deal with things.

The incident was initially mentioned in chapter 1054. Back then I thought it was referring to the first time Charlos tried to kidnap Shirahoshi, but now we know it was his second attempt. And considering Akainu mentioned it in relation to the Holy Knights, I think this incident is meant to function as an introduction.

Due to the past few chapters I've started to think that the initial 20 monarchs were manipulated from the start by Im and that the CD function as a smokescreen from which only the ones whith actual capabilities are recruited for the Holy Knights. Additionally, that the reason why Lili refused, was because she realized that (either because she found out or because Im revealed it to her for whatever reason). Though, I doubt she was that crucial of a factor in the aftermath regarding the Poneglyph. The fact that she was one of the 20 founding members and she has been remembered as such, means she was on the side of the WG faction until very late in the game. It's hard to believe such a person then would have played such a pivotal role for the opposing party.

There isn't a particular known connection between Skypiea and FI, yet it's the Poneglyph of Skypiea which explains everything about Poseidon. So, that indicates there doesn't have to be any connection between Wano/Pluton and Alabasta. I also find it hard to believe that Lili is going to explain a secret language to the Kozuki's, which they themselves then forget.

I might be misremembering things, but I remember Toki once saying she was from Wano, but never had actually been there, and that she gave off the impression her reasons for going there were purely sentimental.

I believe she was lyk Vivi 800yrs ago. Prolly travelled with Joyboy, spent time with him, returned back to her Kingdom n later joined World nobles at Mariejois. Yes she found out that the whole vowing towards empty throne is BS. Im is a dictator who can snap anytime when someone speaks ill abt him.
WG knew full potential of Pluton which means they have used it. I believe it was used against ancient kingdom, Lunarians n other combatants. This might have triggered Lily to steal Pluton from Im n hid it in Wano.
Regarding the Holy knights. It's interesting. Oda is trying to make Celestial Dragons as real threat as few yrs back many pointed that CDs don't at all look lyk a threat especially the helmet ones. And we learnt that 20kingdoms defeated one of the most advanced Kingdom, Lunarians, cursed immortality just in a span of 100yrs n less.
I don't believe that knights holds all the power. To me they are lyk proper diplomats. Some of them could fight (no doubt abt that) but story wise I doubt they are stronger then Admirals.

Gorosei n Im removed Void century from existence. Nobody knew what happened lyk they used one of those Men In Black devices called Neuralizer on whole world.
Lily most prolly taught the next gen of Kozukis abt Poneglyph n asked them to keep it a secret among them. This explains how she vanished.
That might also explain the location of Pluton Poneglyph in Alabasta as it's most prolly hidden post war n the Poneglyph was later transported there by envoys who had the letter Lily sent to Nefertari family.

I might be misremembering things, but I remember Toki once saying she was from Wano, but never had actually been there, and that she gave off the impression her reasons for going there were purely sentimental.
She was born in sea n wanted to go to Wano. She wasn't a Wano citizen from the beginning.

Her parents were from Wano. Yes. I might be overthinking but it makes no sense for her to time jump from 800yrs ago just to see how modern Wano looks lyk.
