The man had requested to speak with Mirabelle, though she wouldn’t ignore it rather crass comment. Her attention shifted back slightly to more important things; though she glanced back at Isabella. The woman smiled warmly at the kage, who couldn’t help but return the gesture. While they might be at odds, she valued Isabella’s company more than she realized. “Of course my love;” she winked at her as she departed. Now that the troublemaker had left to her business – Mirabelle would have turned to Alucard, barely hearing what he said originally. “The means to kill a God huh?” she wondered if she should tell him about the God Slaying Tools. She didn’t want to be loose lipped as she promised Emiya she wouldn’t and it would be breaking of her integrity in keeping secrets. “I’ve heard some whispers about such a power but even then…it’s only been rumors” she said, acknowledging that there is in fact a power of such nature. “I’m looking for said power too…or better yet, the power to gain my own Divinity…but that’s a piped dream haha…” she said with a weakened laugh. “Anyways thank you for the company. I will see to it that a messenger will come to Hellsing to properly address the alliance. I have to return back to the mainland, though before I go…” she leaned over to Lilth. “It was nice meeting you my love, here’s a gift” she said plucking a single strand of hair from her head but instantly switched it with a Thunderbird feather. “This belongs to a very powerful and mythical creature called the Thunderbird; they are very very rare but I happen to have a feather from one. It’s a gift from me to you” she handed her the feather. It wasn’t charged with electricity like it normally would be but rather just a plain one.

She turned back to the creep; as her eyes narrowed outward. “Step outside and make your case; I have things to attend to” she said solemnly as she waved good bye to the others as she stopped outside. She then ordered Arnold and literally all who remained under Tsumigakure banner to leave the Port or be subjected to be listed as traitors. “So, what can the Kage of Tsumigakure do for you, old geezer” she said.

Vincent heard the women make your case, she sounded like she had a lot going on for herself even Vincent did and that was his proposal though he could sense she wasnt keen on him at all. Maybe it the was the first comment after all some women dont know how to take a complient these days if was different back in Vincent's old days when he was a young buck.. Vincent stepped outside the tavern and quickly scanned around to see if he had been followed; after all he was in the tavern for quite some time and he began to get wary, though he would conceal from Mirabelle as they got outside. Vincent would pull his hood back over his head and turn to Mirabelle. "How about we go for a walk while i layout my proposal to you? After all their is many ears in this town and i can see a more lees bustling bit of the town over there.. unless of course you want to go somewhere secluded"

Vincent would begin to slowly walk towards the spot he intended where a narrow path from the tavern would begin to divert into a shadier part of town, Vincent knew that he would need a secure spot to train and avoid the certain group that was after him. "So i don't believe i even got your name how about we start with that im Vincent and what i propose to you that you allow me to seek residence within your village? obviously i dont expect anything for free as is the way of the world" Pausing for a quick moment Vincent realised this women knows nothing about him or any of his previous exploits it was all so long ago "Of course i could always prove myself if you needed me to? any task that you need taking care of?" Vincent was cautious of her response she had already shown him she was fiery and expected she want a large favour in return.

Hei arrives in Tobusekai and begins scanning the landscape with his Byakugan and Chakra sensory ability. Through the ruins of the ancient port, build even before Hei had arrived in this dimension. The sky was clear and the landscape littered with wild beasts, that could pose a threat for your every day traveler making development of the land harsh. Its a land Few venture. To his surprise he notices something deep within the earth below the ruins. Oddly even his Byakugan cannot seem to pierce it. "Some time of barrier seal? Perhaps it has something worth while hidden within.." He thinks to himself, making a mental note for a later time. He didn't know it, but this was the lost Armory of Marzan. Then he notices it.. This feeling once again overcoming him. Confused fear as flashes of the underworld echo in his mind. And Malthus' words reminding him that the end times could be upon this world, dimension, or perhaps all dimensions across spacetime. This traumatic episode brought on from a similar feeling of the void, laced within the very roots in the ground. He falls to one knee, holding his head as if to surpass the memory, and contain his mind. Something was amiss in this land, but now wasn't the time to investigate further. Across the land he picks up on multiple chakra signatures, shifting his gaze he see's several people and among them, Alucard. Heading over the the group Hei simply waves in a friendly manor.

"Ah, Hello everyone."

Mirabelle was still quite wary of this stranger; he offered to have a conversation with but insisted on wanting to have it away from public ears. With them being outside the Port damn near being abandoned; Mirabelle signed in annoyance. “No need for that” she announced as she crafted a barrier the surrounded herself and the man inside. It was misty for sure; but it was the appropriate technique. “Speaking in here will keep whatever you wish to tell me in secret” she announced and it seems he understood and started to explain. “I am Mirabelle Nariyuki, Sandaime Tsumikage of Tsumigakaure. Seeking residence in the village? Well, I suppose fate allowed you to find me then…but this wouldn’t be the proper place to do so. The place you’ll need to head to is the Graveyard of Sin; located in the Badlands of Earth. There you can register for residency within the village” she commented though he seemed to want to prove himself. A shinobi perhaps? Well, she had a couple of ideas. “Well, firstly you’ll need to head to the mainland in order to get you registered. With ships leaving not too far from here to ship out soon, you can come along with them and we go from there once we arrive. If you’d like to come at your own pace then; either is fine with me” she released the barrier with the discussion over; as she deactivated her other seal as well.

“Make haste, I’m preparing to leave now. The boat will be at the Radiant Fields, so get moving if you don’t want to be late” she said finally; as she turned around and started walking to Concord Dawn.

Isabella laughed before raising from her seat. If Mirabelle's outburst created a shivering cold wave throughout the tavern, Isabella's melodic laughed would make one's blood boil. There was something nerve-racking about the Scarlet Uchiha's presence, even if she was indeed laughing. Pulling her hands to her crimson hair, she pinned it up in a bun, her white skin glistening against the warm firepit nearby. She turned to Alucard.

Living long is overrated, Vampire. I can find several ways to make your long life more miserable than when your identity was that of a murderer. Hypothetically speaking, of course. You wouldn't do anything to warrant that, would you?

On the surface, her tone and jesting mood highly contrasted with the heat that was increasing within then pub. Air was being squeezed out of everyone's lungs, a stiffling pressure that could not be described as anything less than presence of a cruel and saddist Sage.

Inanna, might be the first time I'm hearing about that name. Might be worth exploring. Once again, you've been most helpful.

The burly man, Arnold, stood up in a daze, ready to resume his assault. But Isabella merely caressed his cheek, and a blurriness veiled his pupils. The hypnosis would be released then, and sturpor would ensue, as he slumped back into a nearby chair. In turn, Isabella smiled warmly towards Mirabelle.

You know me too well, Tsumikage. But what is power for if not to act as one pleases? We'll keep in touch, my dear.

And in a whisper of black and golden flames, Isabella disappeared from the tavern.

Across the land he picks up on multiple chakra signatures, shifting his gaze he see's several people and among them, Alucard. Heading over the the group Hei simply waves in a friendly manor.

"Ah, Hello everyone."
Isabella was a hard nut to crack, not the average by-the-book person by any inch whatsoever. Alucard liked that and found her in quite high regard. As she had finished her first sentence, coming off as nothing but threatening but ironically so. Unless of course she was there to kill him, he might've even welcomed it at this point.

Tell me, once Uchiha. You searched for the weapons to kill a god, meaning you don't have the means to do so. That means, you can't kill me.. Hypothetically speaking, you wouldn't want me to make you my slave would you?

It's true, for him anyway. Alucard considered himself a deity, how else was he not already dead for all heinous acts he had already committed, for the long live he was living. However, at this point, Isabella had already left allowing her to duck on a reply on Alucards equally salty response. He meant every word of what he said though. He then assessed the rest of the gang, Mirabelle was concluding her dialogue with Lilith and Zev was being drunk as hell at this point. Drinking like a man with nothing to lose, must be the dead person in him doing this.. With Mirabelle also gone there was not much more life around until one certain individual came for a visit. Without having even seen him, Alucard would utter his name before turning around.

Otsotsuki, Hei?!

He turned around and saw the very same person he sensed approaching. His right hand man, he was back from hell.

Lilith looked confused at the man and wanted Mirabelle back. Why did she have to leave like this, oh well. She had Tatl on her back and she came to introduce herself to Hei. She was embarrassed again and shy, resulting in her stuttering.

F-father has spoken of y-you.. My name is Lilith, nice to me you!

"Otsutsuki but close." hei says jokingly as Alucard mispronounces his surname. The venture into the underworld was a success but it raised many concerning factors for the future yet to come. It was important for the members of Hellsing to gather at their HQ to discuss the events that had transpired. As Hei began to drift back into thought as Lilith approved him, introducing herself Hei chuckled, replying back to her "Oh, I'm Hei Otsutsuki, it's nice to meet Yo..... WHAT!?" He blurts out in shock. "DID YOU JUST SAY FARTHER!?" Taking a step back Hei's mind begins to wonder, he couldn't imagen what unnatural things could have happened. "Alucard you dog! I didn't mean to assume but I always thought you were... well that you... swing the other way ya know?" Still confused on the deltials Hei continued to look back and forth between Alucard and Lilith. "Ah I think I see the resemblance, Yeah.. Congratulations man." Hei's tone then suddenly changes as once again he places his hand to his forehead. Clearly shaken and unwell from his endeavors into the underworld. "Alucard.. We need to get back to HQ and assemble the clan."

Vincent seen a barrier of some sort appear around him and the Tsumikage "what an interesting technique" glancing around him into the misty abyss . The women spoke of heading into her land. At first Vincent was a bit weary but in the end he didnt have much choice he needed a place to lie low for a while. "well all i got to say before we head out is that i have an extremely powerful adversity who used to be my sensei looking for me; Which brings me onto my second point...." Pausing for a brief moment Vincent would bite his left thumb and summon a special toad. "Ill shall remain in the toad for the rest of travels until we arrive at the destination... theres a couple reasons for this the first to avoid you trouble with your village seeing as we are a bit away, wouldnt want you starting any provocations on my behalf if this person caught up to us and an battled ensued. Thats if your willing to accept this request?" Vincent would then hide in the stomach of the toad with a special barrier that would obstruct Vincents charka from sensory users.

Just wanted to check that you're still.. You, good to see you in one piece... I take it you're in one piece, through and through?

When Hei then turned to Lilith only to give a thought to interpretation of when she said Alucard was her father a rather amusing reaction would be seem on his face.

It’s not like that Hei, though i’d probably do her, its not Isabellas child. This, is the pinnacle technique of the yin and yang folder. Its my creation from nothingess given life. Creation of all things..

He then realized that Hei had been gone for so long he also hadnt met up with Zev.

This one is Zev, my re-animated soul that i use as a bodyguard.

Zev was motionless in his expression. Probably because the hangover started to kick in.

Still mess with portals? Good, let’s go to Dainashi. I take it Naruto and Panthalassa is safe and sound?

Hei looks at the Edo Tensei with distance. Given his experiences in the underworld It's to be expected. However knowing he has his talisman brought him comfort. "So, you've managed to blend your Yin-Yang natures. That's quite the feat Alucard." Hei then opens a rift in space-time that links back to to Dainashi. "Lets go.."

( Yomotsu Hirasaka ) - Underworld Slope Hill
Type: Supplementary
Rank: S
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 40
Damage: N/A
Description: The user is able to open rifts within the fabric of space which allows them to instantaneously transport themselves anywhere. When used, the user's eyes glow red. The openings can also be used to connect two different spatial locations within the same dimension or create a pathway that links two dimensions together. Similar to Kamui, Yomotsu Hirasaka allows the user to utilize these spatial tears to retreat, perform ambush attacks, and many other possible tactics. Unlike Kaguya's version, the user can only travel fully through these portals, unable to partially emerge through them. The user can also utilize this method to drag their opponents to another location with them.
Note: This can only be used 5 times an event, once every 4 turns. The user can only travel to locations he has already traveled to, unable to use this to go to places he has never been.
Note: Can only be used by Urashiki Otsutsuki bios.

LLM
Alucard, Zev and Lilith all entered the portal with the former leading the way with Hei joining last as the rift closed behind them all.

Coming from the Armory of Marzan.

Emerging from the still-somewhat hidden entrance to the Armory, Emiya emerged in the ruins of the Port of Innovus. While it was his first time visiting the area, he didn't really feel like sightseeing, not that there were sights to see anyway. It was simply a ruined port. While it was home to a very important location, and he would likely want to spend as much time here as possible ensuring his prior sacrifice, and the investment made in the name of humanity remained protected, for now it seemed prudent to plug back in to the comings and goings of the world. It had only been a day or so since they'd entered Irkalla, accounting for the fights against the Fates and Falnir, then Phetra, then the events in the Armory, but if that could happen within a short window, there was nothing stopping other just as important developments in the world. Not knowing exactly where in Tobusekai Innovus was in relation to everything else, Emiya resigned himself to travelling the simplest way. As he gathered Prana throughout his body, and began the process of converting himself into the transdimensional energy he noticed a surprisingly odd looking type of fauna sprouting from the ground in various bursts. With no real context on what it was, he simply made note of how pretty it looked, and allowed himself to be carried away in the tides of spacetime.

(Kanki: Kyojin no Jidai) – Surge of Evocation: Epoch of Titans
Type: Defensive/Supplementary
Rank: B-S
Range: Short-Long
Chakra Cost: 20-40
Damage Points: N/A
Description: Considered the father technique of Era of Gods and Dynasty of Kings, Epoch of Titans uses the Surge of Evocation's ability to teleport objects and Surgebinders to the Throne, and return them to the field.

The Wandering Sea - Bending Space

The user, instead of applying this technique to their own body, can manifest Prana around any object or feature of the terrain to teleport it to the Throne and return it immediately or with a delayed timer. The teleported object can either reappear in a new location instantly, in the same manner as the user's own teleportation, or the user can set a delay of up to four turns and it will return on the first turn after the said number of turn elapses (e.g. a delay of 4 turns, the casting of this jutsu counting as the 1st, means it will reappear at the beginning of the user's 5th turn). The user can also create a technique or familiar with an aura of prana, which can only take affect in the same turn it is created, that allows the technique to teleport itself to a new location. This applies to virtually all type of jutsu except those which are streamed, as the user would find themselves unable to progress to this technique before the other reaches its end. This application occurs in the same timeframe as the jutsu cast and offensive jutsu teleported in this manner must reappear a minimum of five-meters away from any opponents unless the user is also within short-range of that opponent, in which it must reappear at least one meter away. The user cannot teleport any object or jutsu to or from a 1-meter distance from any opponents. However this entire variant cannot be applied to the opponent's jutsus which exceed B-Rank in chakra and it cannot be used on Noble Phantasms or Custom Weapons.

The Everlasting Heaven - Warping Time

This variant involves surging a large amount of Prana throughout the user’s body in order to enter the Throne. Their body, and everything on their person, will disappear instantly in a flash of light reflecting the color of their Prana. The user will then reappear amidst another flash of light at a location of their choosing. If the user reappears within less than a meter of the opponent, the opponent can react with any instant, passive or freeform or chakraless technique. Reappearing is accompanied by a crackling sound, creating both an audible and visual queue. The instant use of this technique, which doesn't take a slot in the timefreame, is enabled by the fact that the ethereal energy already exists within their chakra systems. Thrice per battle the user can utilize a stronger version of this ability (S-Rank) to prolong their stay in the Throne. This allows them to exist within the alternate dimension as Prana, which effectively places their body in a stasis. This halts blood loss, the propagation of poisons, the duration of active techniques/abilities, and any other aliments or conditions. This will happen for as long as the user is within the Throne. The user can only remain there for a maximum of four turns per usage. The first application, considered A-Rank, can only be used once every three turns. It can also only be used four times per battle. The second application, considered S-Rank, can only be used three per battle and operates on the same cooldown as the A-Rank version. S-Rank applications render the user unable to use S-Rank or higher Prana for the next turn, if the user remains in the Throne for longer than a turn.

Coming from #206, Radiant Fields.

Emiya arrived with a flash of light, and the sound of thunder, his sudden reappearance within Innovus seemingly startling some large creature nearby, it probably mistaking the teleportation, and resulting displacement of air as a thunder strike. This was probably for the best, for the beast's size very nearly eclipsed his own. While he probably could dispatch the beast if he had to, it was likely it was merely scavenging or hunting out of necessity. Emiya wasn't the kind to take a life on a whim after all. The fact that such beasts had taken up residence here was an issue however. The place was almost completely abandoned, reclaimed by nature, leaving only the furthest structures and ruins from the wild outskirts from being completely enveloped. But if Marzan's forge was about to burn once more, and a new generation of God Slaying Tools were to be made for humanity's hands, it made sense to at least make the location suitable for human living, even if it were really only himself and the Blacksmith in the Armory below. Deep down however, Emiya harbored a desire to see the Port flourish once more, to become a hub, not just for trade and commerce, but for crafters and artisans of any nature. They would naturally gravitate here eventually to witness Marzan in action, same as those who would come looking for the power to slay a God. Given that beings like Tiamat and now Phetra were becoming more common, this was the more likely to occur within only the next few weeks, once word got out that Innovus was once again home to it's innovative God-slaying blacksmith. So, though it would take a while, Emiya decided he'd "fix" Innovus, repair it's broken, aged facade, and refurbish it, just as Marzan had done for Blessings. His efforts would begin in earnest later however, for one key feature to the Port finally caught his attention, that of a flag of conquest proudly displayed in point of pride in the center of the ruined anchorage. It took him only a moment to recognize the flag as the symbol of Tsumigakure, as he'd seen it countless times, hung from posts and displayed proudly from near every building in Tsuchi Heihō. Mirabelle had clearly been busy, expanding her Villages influence. So this is what Iskandrous meant when he said that Tsumigakure had the greatest economy in the world. This was how he could distribute the cure for the Red Fever so quickly and efficiently. They had claimed regions even as far east of Tobusekai. With a hand gently placed over his face, and a resigned sigh at the sheer coincidence of the situation, Emiya pulled out a scroll from Mirabelle, and gingerly sent her a quick missive. Once he was done, he placed the scroll back, and thought about how he would pass the time until her arrival...

"Emiya! It’s great to hear from you after…well, a couple of months. Things has happened in the surface world that prevented me from rejoining you I Irkalla, but it’s great knowing that you all survived. Anyways, you know me, being a busy body and all that stuff. I’ve got some company here to deal with but my attendance in Innovus is guaranteed. Just give me a while before I arrive personally. In the meantime, be careful of the glowing roots in the area…I’ll explain that one when we meet…

This post marks the start of a mission, using the following Custom Story Element;

Forge a weapon worthy of your experiences in Irkalla. (4)

Summary: With time to kill before Mirabelle's arrival and the thought of Ereshkigal still fighting within Irkalla, in addition to finally meeting Marzan yet not being able to witness him in action yet, Emiya, and more specifically Muramasa decide to immortalize their experience within Irkalla within an original creation.

Mirabelle's response was swift as ever, and while didn't elaborate on what would hold them up, Emiya appreciated the notice all the same, along with her assurance she would be there soon. The part about the strange roots left Emiya wanting, but he wasn't about to start a back and forth dialogue with her, especially when she clearly noted she had company. That would just be rude. And while Emiya was also curious about the roots, they didn't seem to be any kind of threat, they simply were. He certainly wasn't going to mess around with them without anyone else around. With more on his mind that admittedly weird flora, such as the events of Irkalla, and more importantly Ereshkigal's ongoing struggle against the encroaching Void, Emiya opted to ignore them for now, leaving him to only look for the solution to his current predicament. Where should he "set up shop" both for his awaiting Mira, and his first truly personal project in apparently months? The place was indeed run down, and while the Armory did provide a perfect atmosphere for the creation of tools and weapons, Emiya decided to give Marzan space to reacquaint himself with his assumed home. The smith did say he would call on him when he needed him, and that he was free to do as he wanted. That, again, probably included entering the Forge, but since Mirabelle and perhaps her company were arriving soon, leaving them waiting up top while he was having fun below would be rude considering he requested her presence. With a light tap to his head to scold himself for his own stupidity, Emiya decided he would just have to do this out in the open. Thankfully it would appear that there was no one around for him to be embarrassed by watching.

"If you're just going to stand there with cold feet, let me take care of it.
Out of all of us, I have the best chance at making something worth using, and had the most experience in that Hell anyway."

It was Muramasa calling out from within, and he definitely had the right of it. He was the most active Alter Ego while Emiya was in Irkalla, fighting the Fates, Falnir, and was partially active against Phetra. On top of this, despite being a fabrication, he was a blacksmith who dealt in the creation of swords, even if this was more of a conceptual nature than striking a lump of iron until it became a weapon. "I heard that, asshole." Muramasa was clearly voicing his disdain at Emiya's complete lack of respect for the craft. They were one after all. Emiya's thoughts were his Alter's, and vice versa which made it really hard to talk about them behind their back, mostly because it's the same back. Regardless, Muramasa seemed more than willing to give it a shot, and despite being different "people" Muramasa had all the same abilities as Emiya, he was simply less versed in them. Like an alternate path where he didn't pursue the "Sword" itself, but strove to produce flames that burned hot and bright enough to rival the "Hell" in which he was born, to make a sword that could prevent such a tragedy from ever occurring to begin with. With that in mind, Emiya sent a pulse of Chakra into the seal located on his left shoulder, the pattern coming to life with a radiant green hue, branches sprouting forth from one simple, solid base, one clearly brighter and longer than the others. This "path" was essentially Muramasa himself, the branch denoting his assuming control over Emiya's shared form.

(Fūinjutsu Ψ Ninchi Fukyōwa) Sealing Art Ψ Cognitive Dissonance
Type: Supplementary
Rank: A-Rank
Range: N/A (Self)
Chakra: N/A (30 (Paradigm Shift)
Damage: N/A
Description: Derived from the concept of an existing Fūinjutsu whose purpose was to bring order to an already chaotic mind, Cognitive Dissonance is a body seal that takes advantage of existing flaws within the user's psyche to intentionally split the user's mind to save it from itself. This is done through the techniques namesake, Cognitive Dissonance, which is a psychological phenomena that occurs when a person person holds two or more contradictory beliefs, ideals or values, or performs an action in contradiction to one of these, which results in psychological stress. For example, if one promised that they would never harm another living being, but also swore to never let harm befall one they loved no matter what, and had to choose between killing someone to abide by the latter belief, or allowing the latter to die in service to the former belief, regardless of which one they chose, they would experience Cognitive Dissonance.

Cognitive Dissonance, when applied, identifies conflicting beliefs, ideas, values, etc, targeting these aspects as one would memories and other metaphysical aspects, then forcefully separates them, sealing them independently from one another. Visually the seal takes the form of a , etc unique to the user, with branching paths that break off from the original design forming a script that can encompass a wider area on the user's body. As each separate "target" of the seal's effects naturally have their own heavily ingrained beliefs, they develop into an "Alter Ego" of the user's original persona, which can deviate heavily in all aspects, however most importantly they can develop entirely opposing interests in combat style. While the original persona might prefer ranged, Elemental attacks, one Alter Ego might have an affinity for close quarters combat and identify as a Taijutsu/ Kenjutsu specialist, while another might specialize in Medical Ninjutsu due to a desire to bring no harm to others. This results in each Alter Ego becoming classified as "Specialists" for a given field, which must be specified within the user's biography per each Alter Ego. While an Alter Ego is the active persona, any specialties the biography possesses that are applicable with that Alter Ego's chosen field are automatically converted into a specialty for that field. For example if the original persona is a single handseal Fire Release specialist, and one of their Alter Ego's identify as a Lightning Release specialist, while that Alter Ego is the active persona, they can perform Lightning Release with a single handseal instead of Fire, and are otherwise treated as a specialist of that Element, field, etc. Regardless of the chosen field(s) the specialties themselves remain unchanged, as the change stems from the Alter Ego's personal preference, and not the feats the user is actively capable of. In instances where an Alter Ego's chosen field are incompatible with a biography's specialty, it is rendered useless and provides no benefit to the user. The seal can be controlled at the user's discretion via their own Chakra, allowing them to perform a "Paradigm Shift", allowing them to swap between their Alter Ego's. When in combat this can only be done once every 3 turns, and at the cost of 30 Chakra. Outside of combat the Shift can be performed without cooldown, but requires the same 30 Chakra per Shift.

Note: Requires Advanced Fūinjutsu, and can only be used by Imperfect.
Note: The user can have up to 4 Alter Ego's, not including their "original" persona.

With Muramasa in full control over Emiya's actions, he immediately dropped to the ground, and took a concentrated, if sloppy crossed legged position on the floor of the ruined port. In hindsight he would have been much more at home in Radiant Fields, in the humble shack, but the thought of going back there was rather saddening. Much better to preserve the memory of that place in it's warming prime than stay out of a desire to recapture, or cannibalize those days. Heart heavy with regret but brimming with hope Muramasa held out his right hand, palm aimed towards the sky, as he let his body guide the forging process. This certainly wasn't going to be like striking ore after all... With a resolved declaration that he'd begun, an amorphous glob of Prana manifested in his palm, it's shape bending and folding in on itself, reaching out into the environment before collapsing in on itself. It was odd. Even if only through coincidence, the Prana's motions seemed similar to the forging process itself, expanding and folding steel back in on itself to create a pure, strong basis for what would become a sword. The paracausal energy was seemingly full of infinite possibilities, and only limited by Emiya's perception and understanding of the world, and it's internal mechanics. It was those thoughts themselves he would use to give this shapeless mass of energy form and purpose through obedience to his will and reason.

"Trace On."
「 Projection, Commence. 」

(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fōmu) Ninja Art: Litmus Form
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: Self - Short
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: A simple technique, with varying applications, Litmus Form takes principles from both of it's related techniques, namely the simplicity of Litmus Finger, and the full body applications of Litmus Fist, and combines them both, to create a full-body application, which is achieved through a very simple method. This technique utilizes the Chakra that naturally leaks from the body [SUP][ ][/SUP], and is what allows Chakra Sensor-types to detect other lifeforms, such as enemy Shinobi, to create an unranked, full body cosmetic. It has been shown that this naturally exuded can be directly manipulated, such as with the "Chakra Suppression Technique", allowing the user to prevent this Chakra from escaping the body, making them virtually invisible to Chakra Sensors. This technique follows a similar principle, allowing the user to passively manipulate this ambient Chakra, moulding it much like they would for a Jutsu, applying both changes to the Shape and Element, giving it a basic "form" as it leaves the body. This however, unlike the aforementioned technique, doesn't make the user invisible to Chakra Sensors, as the Chakra is still "leaving" the users body, simply in another "state". This allows the user to re-purpose this Chakra, for example, allowing them to wreathe themselves in flames, or cloak themselves in an aura of electrical energy, vortex of wind, etc, and other purely cosmetic applications, without any actual Chakra cost, or effort on part of the user, leaving them open to perform other actions without interference. These cosmetics carry no damage, or tangible properties, not from a lack of control or influence from the user, but simply due to them being composed of the "dregs" of one's Chakra Flow, Chakra that would otherwise go unused, making any impact on both the user, other beings, and the world around them, almost entirely negligible.

Note: Can only be taught by Iᴍᴘᴇяғᴇᴄᴛ, and only to those who have learned "(Ninpō: Ritomasu Fingā) Ninja Art: Litmus Finger" and "(Nintaijutsu: Ritomasu Fisuto) Ninja Body Technique: Litmus Fist".

With the declaration Trace On, the energy in his hands sprung to life. Where before it was hypnotically shifting from one random shape to another, with Muramasa's intent fixed solely on it the Prana began to take more concrete, stable forms, though nothing one could consider a "weapon", or anything approaching that designation. Muramasa was simply exerting his will over it, and watching it react. Bend, fold into infinity, yet never break. Muramasa remarked to himself, visualizing a spiraling cascading sea of energy converging on one singular point. A perfect shape. The "final" shape. All he had to do was whittle down everything that was irrelevant to those concepts he wished to crystallize. Once more he thought about how odd this was, that he was attempting to give proper form to concepts rather than minerals. Emiya sure was an interesting person, though whether that was actually a good thing or not hinged on whether or not this little stunt was successful.

(Kamunagara) – Manifestation of Law
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Kamunagara is not itself an ability that is consciously activated or utilised like one would a jutsu. Rather, it is a product of one’s intent, or emotions, influencing their chakra in such a way that it visibly manifests as a pattern or object that hovers behind or around the user. One such example of this is extreme bloodlust or rage, which has been seen before by Naruto and Zabuza, under the influence of the Kyūbi and sheer force of will respectively. The object, pattern or symbol produced is unique to every ninja, and thus it can be considered as a physical manifestation of their will and being. The color produced is dependent on the type of emotion, e.g. anger will produce red, sadness will produce blue, happiness will produce yellow, etc. While the behaviour of chakra in this technique is able to give off specific auras and incite particular sensations in other people, it cannot paralyse or frighten others on the level of something such as Killing Intent. It also cannot physically interact with or cause any kind of injury to an opponent. This ability, functionally, is passive in nature, as it doesn’t require activation or any form of active input from the user, and is entirely cosmetic.

Comfortable now that he could exert control over the cloud of energy in his palm, Muramasa closed his eyes and began to visualize Irkalla, regardless of how bad his experiences there were. As he did, as a manifestation of Emiya's "Law", a number of machine gears began to form in the air around him, not wholly "real", but visible to the naked eye. Their form corporeal enough for one to witness the "forge" that was Emiya Shirō in action, and see but a fragment of the destination that awaited him at the end of his long journey to becoming an Aspect of Justice itself. An endless barrow of blades, heavily overcast clouded sky representative of his eventual submission to a fate that seemed to contradict his own ideals. Each time Emiya truly put his all into forging something, those gears would appear, their ethereal form encroaching upon reality in a manner one could easily say was unnatural. This in tandem with his process involving using chants and incantations as foci for his intentions made it a rather embarrassing spectacle, but Muramasa had no such reservations. Regardless of what he personally had to withstand, he would simply get the job done. That's the kind of smith, and person he was.

Emiya's was not the only "Law" he would manifest however. As his mind wandered from one fight within Irkalla to another, so too did the "Law" surrounding him change to accommodate. He was trying to capture the essence of Irkalla in his mind, and in so doing try to derive understanding to them. As a result, he would manifest more Laws, they simply weren't "his own". A pitch black darkness began to gather around him, a swirling, crushing presence that made it difficult to breathe, and impossible to see. Not that he was trying to, his eyes were shut, but his mind was open. The Oppressive Darkness of the Necropolis was the first "Law" to manifest, and thus gave the basis to the weapon he was trying to create. The Prana in his hands instantly lost it's vibrancy and color, immediately falling to that same pitch black darkness Emiya's mind focused on.

"Elucidate..."
「 Essence, Unravel... 」

As his mind drifted from the Necropolis to the Fields of Suffering, so too did the Laws surrounding him change. As his mind focused on Falnir and the nature of his Duality, the Divinity's existence tied to more than one state of being, a second Emiya appeared as a mirror reflection leaning against Emiya's back. Following this, the Prana within his palm split into two distinct, yet identical masses, their appearance identical, still as dark as those first steps in Irkalla were. As he thought more about the fight in the Fields of Suffering, Muramasa began to exert more effort, the tattoo on his shoulder spreading out further, a series of verdant lines spreading across his body, the most visible of which spread out and framed his eye. For a moment however, his concentration wavered, recalling his death in the Realm of Torment. His hand twitched and flinched for a second as he recalled that scorching heat that consumed him, and as a result, on the ground around him sprouted a field of wheat set ablaze. As his mind began to be consumed by those flames, the black masses of Prana in his hands, while not actually hot, began to glow an ominous red, their physical appearance mirroring that of an extreme eclipse, harsh black set against a crimson backdrop. He was losing focus, and more importantly control over the forgery, so let his mind carry him forward into the encounter at the Seven Gates. Recalling the crushing pressure, and building weakness that the Gates embodied as one passed through them, likewise did the eclipsed orbs in his hands begin to emit and exert a weakening force around them.

And finally, as he cast his mind to Ganzir, Muramasa reached the threshold of this unique forging process. This was the place where all paths inevitably cross. Where all desires flow. Where all deaths await. While the mass of energy in his hands was limited by what he, Emiya Shirō, could achieve, that didn't matter. It was never his intention to imitate Marzan, or attempt to crystallize this weapon in the form of a God Slaying Tool. He wanted to crystallize Irkalla itself with his own two hands, a memento of that arduous struggle for Humanity, and so as he cast his mind to the fight with Phetra, he took to heart the sheer strength she held. From the very beginning she looked down on the Champions of Humanity, first from her ebony tower, then with the raw Authority she commanded. Despite her intentions, and methods, it was undeniable that she was a figure one had to look up to, perhaps not as a role model, but simply as one who stood head and shoulders above the rest of humanity. That very principle itself, of forcing one to look up, was something Emiya envied. This also fed into the nature of duality. Despite being in the Underworld, Phetra still ruled from on high. It was a surprisingly perfect duality, and something this weapon would hopefully embody. Finally, as he cast his mind to the end of the Champions' raid on Irkalla, Muramasa recalled Ereshkigal. She was a light in the dark. Her Authority absolute, yet despite it being over death, she herself gave hope to Humanity. One would never expect a Goddess of Death to be so kind. So protective. Caring. Typically if one were to think of a God of Death, they'd see one who took souls without remorse, who collected them like butterflied pinned to in an album but Ereshkigal was different. This, and the spear held in her hands, were the final pieces Muramasa needed. As he manifested radiant lights around him that were all but identical to those given off by Ereshkigal, one of the masses of energy in his hands began a slow, but eventually blinding transformation into a ball of pure light, like the one Ereshkigal herself was trapped in for all those years. With one black and one white, both radiating a hellish heat, yet crushing one with a weakening cold force, Muramasa then brought his left hand up to meet his right, taking one orb in each. He could feel what he understood and defined as the essence of Irkalla within every piece of these droplets of paracausal energy. And finally, with only a moment of hesitation at the sheer unknown waiting for him once he had, Muramasa then forcefully closed his hands, combining the two together, bracing for whatever awaited him.

"Merge!!"
「 Perfected Ideals, Converge!! 」

Surprisingly he wasn't immediately met with an explosion from the sheer preposterous nature of what he was attempting. Though seemingly only just, the two orbs merged into one with little resistance. With his hands surrounding the remerged mass of energy, fingers fanned out to exert as much control as possible, Muramasa then put all his strength behind compressing it, before slowly spreading his arms out, attempting to stretch the Prana into a long, thin shape. Once again, with very little resistance, or indicator of failure, Muramasa managed to stretch the energy out to a shape more akin to a weapon. Finally, as before, he cast his mind to Ereshkigal herself, that moment when she acted in Humanity's defense. Her spear appeared as though the Goddess had captured a bolt of red lightning. While he could never strive to such a feat, the shape was irregular, unique, and something that brought them victory. As such Muramasa wanted to try and capture it's odd elegance within this creation, so he began focusing on a more absolute, defined shape than the simple straight block of energy he had before him. Something was wrong, the energy began fighting back, defying absolution and the manifestation of a solid form. As it did, the horizon of weapon began to glow a violent red. Though everything had gone well so far, whether it was a flaw in the ideals themselves, the combination of them all together, or simply the attempt to capture Ereshkigal's own weapon, which defied understanding on Emiya's part, Muramasa was now in a race against time. He effectively was in possession of a conceptual bomb, and the clock was ticking. Hesitant to try and force the weapon to fit a mold any further, afraid of what might happen should he push it further, he watched as the edge's red hue shone more and more deeply, the side actually beginning to crack and fade away. Quickly the bklacksmith persona stood up, and began thinking of how he could remedy this rapidly deteriorating situation. In an instant the side ruptured, sending a shockwave of pure heat out into the bay of Innovus, steam rising from the ocean as the water began to instantly boil. Seeing no other immediate solution, Muramasa physically grasped one end of the forming weapon, and with the other immediately threw his hand onto the opening. Immediately he was hit with the heat, no longer a mere "concept", but part of a very much extant weapon in the process of being forged. Muramasa came to the conclusion that it was the visualization of the Realm of Torment that had been the issue here, the flames from the alternate dimension of the Fields of Suffering burning through the conceptual "shell" of the weapon he intended to forge. While it had seemingly come in handy when merging, and granting the basic shape, the raw temperature with which Muramasa visualized the Field grew too hot, and now threatened to ruin all this hard work. With hand own hand effectively "plugging" the hole, but the issue not yet resolved, Muramasa did the only thing that came to him in that moment; fight fire with fire. As he released a large amount of Fire Release Chakra back into the construct, the red hue began to disappear, a blue one taking it's place. The warmth was entirely gone, replaced with a biting chill, as though all heat around him was being drained. Muramasa had unknowingly converted the flames within the construct into those of a pale blue, and whose purpose was to take warmth, not give it. Watching this happen, Muramasa reversed the grip of his hand that had been covering the wound in the construct's form, and forcefully ran it along the length of the blade, as he violently pulled with the other. It would bend to his will, and will not break. He would ensure it.

"Yield!!"
「 Equalize, and become whole!! 」

(Nanatsu Shukenja Kaen) Seven Sovereign Flames
Type: Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Created by a group of Fire Style Masters who used their emotions to influence their Chakra, the Seven Sovereign Flames are not considered traditional Jutsu in the sense that the user simply gathers Chakra, adds various changes to Shape and Nature, then performs it against their opponent in Battle. Rather, they are the purest form of "Supplementary Enhancement" for all techniques that the user knows that fall under the Basic 5 Element of Fire. The user takes their skill in the manipulation of the Fire Element and combines it with their powerful, sometimes overwhelming, emotions, with the result being seven new types of Fire, each with their own special properties, all derived directly from the emotions infused into them. The Seven Masters all created their Sovereign Flames after succumbing to the reprecussions of their own emotions. One was consumed with hatred and rage, and hurt the one he loved, while another gave up something precious to them, and was consumed with overwhelming grief and sadness. After their own traumatizing experiences, and eventual personal revalations, they all came to understand and accept the flaws in their own emotional states, and used their understanding of these emotions to further their skills in Fire Release, revealing their true colors as it were. The concept of emotions influencing Chakra has been referenced in the series on a few occasions. One of the best examples of this is Karin Uzumaki, a powerful Sensor-Type Ninja with a unique and extremely detailed form of Sensory perception. Using her Sensory abilities Karin once described both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra at around the same time in the series claiming Naruto's was "bright and warm", while Sasuke's was "dark and cold", which coincided with both of their emotions during the Five Kage Summit Arc. Karin's description of the nature of both Naruto and Sasuke's Chakra supports the concept that one's Chakra is tightly interwoven with the current state of the users emotions, with this Jutsu using different emotions to directly affect and alter the user's Fire Release Chakra in unique and interesting ways.

The Seven Sovereign Flames are directly applied to one's biography, under the Specialties section as an extension of the Fire Element, thus requiring any user of this Jutsu to specialize in the Fire Element. Within this extension of their Fire Element specialty, the user must specify one of the Seven Sovereign Flames, which becomes their "personal" Sovereign Flame, which they naturally embody, allowing the user to imbue their entire Fire Release arsenal into that Sovereign Flame, each with their own unique properties (All of which are explained below). Only one user of this Jutsu can specialize in any given Sovereign Flame at a time, meaning two users cannot embody the same Flame at the same time. The Sovereign Flame that the user specializes in will always be available to the them at the start of a battle (in addition to base/ regular Fire Style), at no additional chakra cost. Additionally, while the Sovereign Flames have their own unique properties, they are all still considered, for all intents and purposes, Fire Style Ninjutsu, and always follow the Elemental interactions and guidelines for regular Fire Style, regardless of any unique or alternative properties they possess. Finally, the effects of the Sovereign Flames scale with the Rank, size, overall power, etc of the Jutsu they are infused into, just like any regular form of Elemental Ninjutsu, with higher ranking Jutsu logically dealing more severe effects upon contact with a target, object or surface.

The Sovereign Flames themselves are as follows;

Imogen's Sorrow - Imogen's perpetual sadness came from an ultimatum that shattered her life, with the resulting sadness causing her to forge her own Sovereign Flame by accident. The user must also know and understand their own sadness to access this silent, ghostly blue fire, which is deeply affected by the sorrows of ones life. Imogen's Sorrow infuses one's Fire Style with the property to exude an external endothermic reaction in place of the regular exothermic reaction, drawing in heat from the Jutsu's surroundings and forcing the outer reaches of the Jutsu to be "perceived" as cold. But despite this perception, at the core of any Jutsu imbued with Imogen's Sorrow still burns a powerful flame like regular Fire Ninjutsu, causing the usual burns on contact with a target or surface. The difference is the first moments where the Jutsu approaches an opponent, making them believe it's something entirely different from Fire Ninjutsu, thus giving the user a slight advantage.

Note: This Jutsu must be stated in the user's biography, and posted at the beginning of every battle.
Note: Chosen flame must be stated in the user's bio.
Note: Can only be taught by Iᴍᴘᴇяғᴇᴄᴛ.

With a flash, the entire port froze over, the chilling air of Irkalla manifested in the material world, where souls were not the sole inhabitant. The waters, once boiling over with the constructs representation of the Fields of Suffering, now captured in a timeless moment, suspended in one solid icy form. Though grim as it may sound, Humanity could feel the cold radiating from Innovus for miles, and Humanity's enemies would feel more than this passing chill. They would bear witness to the full might of Irkalla made manifest through a mere humans hands. Looking over the blade's form, it was a pitch black, onyx like sword, the blade itself both elegant yet ominous. Gold trim outlined the edged, and accented parts along the edge of the blade, while the hilt was contained within a spiraling guard. It was certainly a weapon worthy of Ereshkigal's radiance, but it became even more so when Muramasa channeled Chakra into it. The onyx-like metal that composed the weapon's form immediately shifted into a bright, ivory-like white, representative of the duality of the Underworld, and that the Ruler of the Underworld still ruled from on high. Unbeknownst to Muramasa it also embodied the duality of Ereshkigal and Inanna themselves, the Heavens and the earth, but that would perhaps come to light later. For now, Muramasa held the blade in his hands, and christened it in Ereshkigal's honor.

"Here burns the Blazing Soul of Irkalla."
「 I declare thy name; Meslamtaea. 」

(Rentetsu Kyūjutsu: Meslamtaea) Wrought Iron Archery: Blazing Soul
Type: Offensive/ Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank/ S-Rank
Range: Short - Long
Chakra: 20/ 40
Damage: N/A - 80
Description: With one of their unique "Sword Arrows", Meslamtaea, already in hand after being summoned through the "Void Creation of Blades" seal, the user will employ one of two applications unique to the Sword-Arrow, which has an incredibly ornate, if not entirely ceremonial design, constructed from a unique abyssal black metal that changes to a pristine white when charged with Chakra.

Meslamtaea - Kur Kigal Irkalla: An imitation of the crushing pressure exerted within the depths of the Underworld, Kur Kigal Irkalla is a unique Sword Application in the sense that it has no offensive capabilities of it's own. Instead, by channeling Chakra into Meslamtaea, then driving the unique Sword-Arrow into the ground, the user creates a large spherical barrier with a 15m radius from the weapon itself. Everyone encompassed by the barrier are gripped by a death-like cold that eats away at their Chakra, siphoning it from them at a rate of 10 Chakra per person per turn, storing it within Meslamtaea itself, up to a max of 40 Chakra. The barrier is B-Rank in terms of cost and Rank, and requires one of the user's 3 Jutsu per turn to perform, but is physically intangible, requiring techniques akin to "Barrier Shatter Technique", or the destruction of Meslamtaea itself to be neutralized, the latter of which requires an A-Rank or higher technique directed at the weapon itself.

Alternatively, Meslamtaea's Chakra draining barrier can be passively applied to the blade itself, allowing it to steal more Chakra from a target through direct physical contact. Whether against opposing techniques or a target with it's own Chakra pool, Meslamtaea can absorb up to a max of 20 Chakra per strike, storing it within it's blade, and as mentioned before, the limit of this storage is 40 Chakra. Finally the user can choose to actively expel Chakra from within Meslamtaea in the form of a Raw Chakra attacks. The damage inflicted is equivalent to a Jutsu of that cost's Rank (10 Chakra = D-Rank, 20 Chakra = B-Rank, etc), has a range of Short - Mid, counts as one of their Jutsu per turn if expending 30 Chakra or more in a single attack, but cannot be boosted in any capacity. Finally, regardless of application, the barrier remains active for up to a max of 4 turns.

Meslamtaea - An Gal Tā Kigal Shē: Literally meaning "From the Great Heavens towards the Great Earth", this Fūin-Kyūjutsu is based on the legend of an atrocious act carried out by a certain Goddess when she set her sights upon a mountain range whose beauty rivaled her own. Likewise this technique is radiant in both it's beauty and destruction. The user starts by channeling Chakra into Meslamtaea, charging the weapon with a vast quantity of Raw Chakra. Then, rather than aiming for the target directly, the user fires Meslamtaea into the Heavens, giving the unique projectile a high arc, so much so that it can take several turns (max of 4) to return to the Earth. As it descends the weapon picks up speed which translates into force, resulting in a large explosion. The end result is an S-Rank Neutral Chakra explosion, more akin to an orbital bombardment than a mere arrow loosed from a bow, which covers a 5m radius around the target.

If Meslamtaea has Chakra stored within the blade itself when it is fired into the sky to perform An Gal Tā Kigal Shē, the Chakra present within the blade can be, at the cost of an additional Jutsu slot, converted into a barrier surrounding the projectile akin to an "overshield", protecting it from harm. The barrier's durability is equivalent to the Chakra Meslamtaea was fired with, and can neutralize Chakra-based techniques up to that amount. If the barrier is still active as the projectile strikes the earth, the remaining Chakra from it is added to the explosion, increasing its base damage damage by the amount of Chakra remaining within the barrier in a direct conversion from Chakra to Damage with a ratio of 1:1, resulting in a max increase of 20 damage. Like with Kur Kigal Irkalla, the Chakra utilized in this application can't be boosted by any means.

Note: Kur Kigal Irkalla can be used 3 times per battle, with three turns between uses.
Note: An Gal Tā Kigal Shē can be used 2 times per battle, with three turns between uses. Additionally, if An Gal Tā Kigal Shē is empowered by Kur Kigal Irkalla, the user cannot perform any Wrought Iron Archery techniques above B-Rank for 3 turns.

With a genuine sigh of relief that he hadn't just blown himself up, Muramasa fell to the ground once more, this time simply landing on his ass as he chuckled to himself in sheer disbelief that it had worked. Despite being far riskier than a traditional forging process, it was more exciting than any he had ever performed before, and produced something of much higher quality than he could ever achieve through raw minerals and heat alone. Muramasa contentedly basked in the cold of Meslamtaea for several moments, before Emiya chimed in; "In the likely even Mirabelle is arriving by sea, what are you going to do about that." Emiya, obviously referring to the entirely frozen bay, had a perfectly valid point... Muramasa responded with a knowing sigh, and asked for a short break before he fixed his mess.

End of Mission.

In this mission I utilized the "Official Rolls" system in the AnimeBase Discord to determine whether or not this mission would be a success. I had the idea to treat it like this was a Skill/ Ability Check from Dungeons and Dragons, though without stats or proficiency bonuses to work with, I just did straight rolls.

Admittedly I made the skill check rather high, requiring a total roll of 15 or higher to consider it a "success", but since in-universe the concepts I'm working with are rather high themselves, it made sense to me to make it that difficult. The first roll was for the mere combination of all the concepts I had Muramasa visualize, and with the first roll being a 15, from that point on I considered it a pass, but added more steps to naturally give myself more room for "complications". The second roll being another 15 for the reshaping the energy to be more like a solid structure, and the general shape of a weapon, it immediately made me wonder if it was bugged, but on the third to complete the shaping, and give it a proper form I rolled a 5, and could naturally segue into a "near fail", which could be "fixed" with the application of an appropriate technique. Didn't originally intend to use Endothermic Fire for this, but that's how it progressed, and I'm happy with it.

Another thing I was personally going to abide by, if at any point, any of those rolls were a Natural 1, it would have resulted in a "Critical Failure". It would have been an instant fail regardless of whether it had been a complete success up to that point, and blowing it up, cause it's fun to have stakes, especially when you're going off the rails with something like this. The Fighting Style Jutsu already exists, and was approved a while ago, I just wanted a natural reason for why Emiya had something like it, and this both fit that bill, and was a fun experiment in personal storytelling.

This post marks the start of a mission, using the following Custom Story Element;

Type:
Supplementary

(Nanatsu Shukenja Kaen) Seven Sovereign Flames
Type:
Supplementary
Rank: N/A
Range: N/A
Chakra: N/A
Damage: N/A
Description: Created by a group of Fire Style Masters who used their emotions to influence their Chakra, the Seven Sovereign Flames are not considered traditional Jutsu in the sense that the user simply gathers Chakra, adds various changes to Shape and Nature, then performs it against their opponent in Battle.
The Sovereign Flames themselves are as follows;

There was a sudden “thud” when Mirabelle attempt to make landfall was disturbed. As the boat jerked forward, she would turn her head to notice…the land and ocean near the front was frozen over. “What the actual…” she said out loud titling her head. As she sighed, she would have ran across the frozen terrain and made it to the shoreline. She wouldn’t waste any time; as she inhaled and exhaled – drawing upon her chakra, she would have first quickly spread her wind chakra across the terrain to gain a mental mapping of all living beings nearby, some very faint but yet one major one nearby. “Emiya…” she uttered, recognizing his chakra but as she did, the her body become engulfed in its own cobalt blue flames, as it quickly tuned into fiery familiars, as it quickly washed over the area far and wide, melting the ice over. Should that do, she would have approached the warrior of the blade. A smile crept onto her face, as she snapped her finger causing the blue fire familiars to fade away. “Long time no see, Emiya-kun” she said placing her hand out for a shake. If he accepted then great, if not…oh well.

Now, quickly before we start, we have someone whose on her way here…so…expect another attendant to the meeting here…she kind of followed me here…

Whether a result of simply how much time he'd spent crafting Meslamtaea, or his supposedly "short" break to catch his breath, Muramasa's unintended conequence of his forging was undone, quite spectacularly so, with a flame of similar hue, but far deeper contrast. Mira evidently also favored the color blue in her flames, but were immensely hotter, able to thaw out Innovus' waters as she strode across the surface.

"That sure was quick, now can you do me a favor and get rid of this damned eyesor-!!"

Nope, not happening. Muramasa meant well, but he was an extremely acquired taste, and Emiya wasn't about to let his outwardly curmudgeonly mood sour the moment. With a small flash, the pattern visible on Emiya's left shoulder through his shroud slowly subsided, as did the circuitry-like patterns spread across his body. Whereas once Emiya looked as though he were about to point towards the Tsumigakure flag, he swiftly corrected this gesture, and picked himself up off the ground, Meslamtaea in hand. As Mirabelle gave a greeting, he responded in kind.

"Wasn't that long for me. Actually only about three to four days now by my count, and I've been back for at least one of those.
Time got messed up in Irkalla, especially towards the end, though we can talk about that later."

As he shook her hand to no extreme in any regard, he wasn't surprised Mirabelle had more friends, though the revelation that they were on their way here gave Emiya the suspicion they had an inkling as to what was happening. There was a far more important matter to discuss regarding this approaching mysterious arrival, a question that would test Mirabelle's very core.

"If they're an acquaintance of yours I have to ask... Will they be coming as themselves?"

With a reference back to their meeting back in Veskal's Emiya disengaged the handshake, and moved on to a more important topic. Jamming his thumb in the direction of one sprouting between two stones in the port's stone walkway, he drew her attention to one of the roots of the Void Tree.

"You mentioned these in your message. Why? I'd never seen anything like them before, so I just thought they were specific to this region.
Had no reason to think otherwise until you brought it up really."

Squatting down close, he inspected the root, waiting for Mira's response.

Coming from [x]

A huge black cockatoo fluttered onto the mainland of the Port. An array of night black and blood crimson feathers spread everywhere as Isabella made her summon land nearby the two shinobi.

I'm always myself, but I guess that joke would be lost on me.

Isabella rose from the scarred and gruesome bird, even as it clicked its beak with mechanic snarl. Her signature crimson hair blended with the blood red plummage of the parrot, and her 3 tomoe sharingan was well lit, piercing through both Emyia and Mirabelle.

My name is Isabella Uchiha

There was a rather awkward moment where Emiya wanted to say something but took a moment to recollect himself. Mirabelle didn’t think much of it honestly, but as her attention is diverted once more. “A couple of days huh…well, it's been months in our world, just over half a year…” she admitted. It seems Emiya wanted muse about the last time her and Emiya interacted and couldn’t help but chuckle. Though speaking of the devil tends to wield enough power to summon them. Isabella was on difference, as she causally waltzed into the Port of Innovus making commentary to what Emiya had to say. She further took the time introduce her by name, though as Emiya also directed about the questioning of the roots, Mirabelle nodded. "Isabella and I managed to discover some sort of…underwater city named Eridu, home to a rare species of humanoid fish creatures. They called themselves the Sentinals, which these beings tended to some sort of tree called the Void Tree…” she racked at her brain, trying to find all the relevant information. “These are definitely the roots of the tree, yet its managed to pierce through from the bottom of the Hokubu…all the way here…and for what reason is beyond me…but Isabella here might be able to explain about it a bit more than I can” she gave the stage to her friend, though only briefly, as the maiden’s attention diverted to sword he had on his hip strapped firmly in place. It felt…strange, but she remembered the shattered remains of the sword beforehand. “Oh, by the way...did you ever manage to get that blade reforged?” she asked him.

@Imperfect @Lili-Chwan
With Isabella's arrival being as spectacular and extravagant as Mirabelle's own, Emiya knew beyond a shadow of a doubt that she was Mira's friend. Hers wasn't quite the same, more authoritative and commanding, especially with the menacingly overbearing avian companion, but certainly enjoyable to watch, just like Mira's entrance only moments before, dancing over the frozen waters like a will 'o wisp, repairing Muramasa's damage done to the bay. As Isabella commented the joke was lost on here, Emiya immediately put on an apologetic smile.

"Sorry, I'll give you the short version. Last time we met, she pretended to be a stranger and approached me with a perfect disguise, but lazily altered voice. She happened to be concealing her identity as she caused some trouble outside the city we both happened to be visiting, and it wouldn't be proper for a Kage like herself to be linked to such actions. Made a fool out of me truth be told, as I saw through the voice but not the appearance, and immediately assumed I was in the wrong. It was embarrassing, but it's nothing compared to all our other interactions, but I've rambled over nothing for long enough. Emiya Shirō. Nice to meet you."

As Mira stated it had been months, Emiya nodded as he'd managed to gather that much from the sheer number of events that had apparently transpired since the raid on Irkalla began in earnest. Seeing no reason to interrupt, he let her continue, mentioning their discovery of a suboceanic civilization, and the Tree which they tended. An entire city at the bottom of the ocean, and yet it's roots could reach this far, and the Void itself was involved? This wasn't good at all. Immediately taking a few paces from the root he had been inspecting, Mira mentioned that Isabella would no more. Was she an expert on the Void? Anything was possible, especially when considering people like Solomon existed, and he had been gone months. Relatively speaking, while the awakening of the Void within Irkalla was an even that had just transpired for him, outside Irkalla it could have been weeks since the Void was unleashed. In that time any number of things could have happened, but as Mira pointed out the blade at Emiya's side, it was another matter that could be discussed later.

"As a matter of fact, yeah, though it's not really the same blade it once was...
In Demetrias' hands it was a blade that called forth Blessings from the End of the World. Now?"

Emiya's words were left suspended in the air for a long moment, the gravity of what he had just gone through to reach this point laid bare. While he managed to get a fresh set of clothes from Kuwana along with his personal effects, he could swear he still smelled the fresh scent of his own blood, even if it was only his mind centering on that moment once more. With a slight shake of his head, Emiya returned to the present, and got to the point of asking Mirabelle to come.

"It's so much more. This is Tsumukari, the blade that reaches the heavens.
A God Slaying Tool."

Dismissing Meslamtaea into the Void Creation seal on his right hand, with that same hand he reached over and with a flourish withdrew and held Tsumukari for the pair to gawk at, and inspect. By all accounts it was but one of several otherwise plain katana Emiya now carried on his person, but it's unique designation as a weapon that could harm Divinities allowed it to stand head and shoulders above just about any weapon in his arsenal. While he wasn't distrusting of either party, he still kept a firm but steady grip on the blade's hilt, making it clear he didn't want the weapon leaving his hands. Not after all he went through to get it. Not when it was currently the only one whose whereabouts were known.

(Tsumukari) – Heaven Reaching Blade
Type: Artifact
Rank: S
Range: Short – Long
Chakra: N/A
Damage: 100
Description: Tsumukari, or the Heaven Reaching Blade, is the first katana reforged in the Armory of Marzan after the raid on Irkalla, the Underworld. The sword was reforged using the remnants of the God-Slaying Tool Blessings from the End of the World. Tsumukari is the first of a new generation of God-Slaying Tools, weapons noted to be the great “equalizers” in a cosmic conflict between the gods and man. Forging the blade was a cooperative effort between Marzan, the original engineer of the God-Slaying Tools, and his apprentice Emiya in the aftermath of the demise of the Domain of Death. Because its former iteration was rife with Void energy, Tsumukari has been endowed with unique abilities that go beyond what a standard God-Slaying Tool is capable of. On a basic level Tsumukari and the techniques it produces, be it through the sword or the sword as a proxy, contain proper Divinity to damage and slay a god. Passively, Tsumukari increases the user’s Kenjutsu techniques that utilize the sword by 30 additional damage. All the user’s Kenjutsu techniques, with the exception of those of Tsumukari’s active abilities that explicitly exclude them, gain a single range unit. Visually this appears as crescents and strikes of energy lashing out from the edge of Tsumukari, extending the range when necessary. Tsumukari is unbreakable; though its unbreakable nature cannot be used defensively alone. Use of any of the active abilities of Tsumukari puts the other two on cooldown for two turns.

Yōtō (lit. 妖刀, "wicked katana"): The first and most basic attack afforded to the wielder by Tsumukari. The user adorns the edge of the blade with Chakra, infusing it with trace Divinity, and performing simple slashes or piercing attacks with the sword. The user can either maintain the energy along the edge of the blade, empowering its basic attacks to inflict considerable damage for up to three attacks or five turns, whichever comes first. Alternatively, the user can consume the adorned edge and focus it into an arc of Chakra as a projectile with long-range reach. In either case, the blade strikes for 100 physical damage. This damage is treated as strong to all natures and abilities, with the only exception of Anutu and its components. Can be used four times per battle.

Will of the God-Slayer: A state activated through Tsumukari. The Will of the God-Slayer is the legacy of Marzan himself; through raw determination and human ingenuity the blacksmith forged the first God-Slaying Tool. It is an evocation of tenacity and hope, the desire for a better tomorrow by equalizing the war of today. When activated the user’s Kenjutsu prowess is further augmented, increased by an additional 20 damage while gaining an increase of three times their base speed. Additionally, any critical strikes they land with Tsumukari are increased by 30%. Lasts for four turns, can be used twice per battle.

Tsumukari Muramasa: A unique technique that emerges from Tsumukari’s unique composition between Void and Divinity. In short, this ability affords Tsumukari the power to cut causality. The technique is initiated through the user’s Chakra, costing 120, though its true cost lies in the Health Points it drains. Because the user possesses no Divinity the combination of Void and Divinity siphon the user’s health, costing the user 70 Health Points to perform. This health cannot be regenerated while in a battle unless the user possesses full Anutu, in which case it can only be regenerated four turns after Tsumukari’s use. In essence, when this technique is activated it becomes able to ‘cut’ causality and concepts that the user is capable of perceiving. It cannot cut the concept of ‘life,’ meaning to instantly kill another target. When Tsumukari is used like this it does not physically cut the target, rather it performs a metaphysical cut. There is no visible slash, gash, or piercing wound left on their victim, though contact with the blade is still required. Tsumukari Muramasa can cut Chakra, bonds, summoning contracts, and even Edo Tensei links. This ability can be used thrice per battle.

"While it's reforging may be pretty important, especially in the future, the reason why I called you here specifically is because I saw the flag.
Tsumigakure claimed Innovus? Obvious reasons and advantages aside, mind if I ask why, and what you might have planned for the area?"

While his tone wasn't particularly accusatory, more simply curious, there was an undertone of interest in their intentions with the region. With the blacksmith so key to humanity's survival so close, a mere hop, skip and a jump away from the port on which the three stood, Emiya wanted to ensure any plans they had for the region wouldn't interfere, or hinder the Armory, or humanity's access to it, not that he believed that Tsumigakure would. He simply had to be sure.

Mirabelle couldn’t help but laugh at the recounting of their previous interaction, it was rather amusing to hear in all honesty, but it wasn’t wrong either. She got pissy against some merchants sure, but in her defense, they tried to rob her. So, why not carpet bomb them with a couple of arrows. Nothing wrong here, right? Mirabelle’s attention peaked however, when she heard him say that the blade wasn’t the same as before. It was called by another name once it belonged to the Voidlord he fought, and now that it was something entirely new. She watched with a careful eye as he drew the blade, prompting her to step forward a little but respected his space. As he held it out, she examined it as she eyed it from its hilt, even though she can see the tension of his grip warranted a feeling of desire to keep the blade in his possession. She just lightly smiles, as she passed over the blade’s design.

Tsumukari…that’s a beautiful name. Not everything needs to be over the top in its cosmetic design, it’s the craftsmanship that matters when it comes to blades. A simple katana can tell over ten thousand stories simply through its blade and condition. This sword, as ‘plain’ as it might look, is far and above most blades in the world, including those of my own collection…

She said as she reeled back, looming over to the seal located on her bosom. As she triggered it, she would have unsealed one of the very swords within it. The blade, a nodachi composed of a black blade and matching hilt landed on her hand. “This is Kurokiba, the Thunderous Blade of Heaven. A Harmonic Ninja Tool, a rare weapon that has rumored to possess immense and unique powers attached to them. I found this during a training mission in the Lightning Mountains when I was a bit younger, the moment I touched it, it resonated with my chakra and now I can harness it’s potential, being able to use a unique element from it. It pales in comparison, a weapon capable of killing Divinity is something left to be desired, something I wish to add into my arsenal personally…” she commented though she would sheathe Kurokiba and place it on her waist afterwards.

(Fūinjutsu: Mu Gen no Kensei) Sealing Art: Baseless Blade Works
Type: Supplementary
Rank: B-Rank
Range: Self
Chakra: 20 (-5 per turn active)
Damage: N/A
Description: Created by a fabled Blacksmith in an attempt to preserve his own creations through chanelling them into lesser works so as to not ruin his own blade's with wear, tear and rust, Baseless Blade Works is a seal applied to one's body that possesses a two-directional seal. Aesthetically it takes the form of a sword tattoo, the seal's primary application is similar to that of a generic Sealing technique, allowing the the user to seal and unseal physical targets, in this Jutsu's case specifically weapons, and store them within the seal for convenience and protection. What seperates this seal from the countless seals that provide the same function is the second application tied to the seal. When activated at the cost of 20 Chakra, the user selects one of their stored weapons and, should they be utilizing a weapon(s) of a similar nature, the seal identifies and targets unique aspects of the weapon and imparts that weapons properties on to the weapon held in their hands, effectively creating an "imitation" of the chosen target. This includes access to Jutsu that can only be performed through that specific weapon, abilities or techniques inherent to that weapon itself, or factors of the weapons design that make it unique, such as a specialized version of an existing weapon whose design is altered to achieve a greater/ different effect than its standard counterpart, all of these become avaliable to the weapon(s) in the user's hands.

Naturally there are limitations and drawbacks to the properties this seal. Firstly, due to the transformational nature of this technique, to "overwrite" existing weapons with the nature of another, this technique cannot be used on weapons that already have their own abilities. The weapon in the user's hands needs to be a "blank slate" that a unique weapon can be imprinted upon, or the technique fails to produce an effect. Next, weapons recieving the unsealed properties are still bound by their own inherent/ original properties and limitations. For example, regardless of a stored weapon's durability, the weapon in the user's hands does not recieve any additional defensive capabilities, such as indestructibility. Rather, when the "imitation" weapon's durability is too low (less than B-Rank in strength or durability (freeform weapons are classified as unranked), they can only maintain the imprint for a short period of time (4 turns max) before being destroyed as the enhancement turns into something more akin to a hostile invasion, causing the weapon to self-destruct. Additionally, utilizing techniques or abilities unique to a specific weapon while falling under the aforementioned durability range instantly causes this same destructive reaction. Finally this technique still requires the user abide by the rules regarding Custom Weapons and similarly restricted weapons, as well as any and all limitations the weapons themselves have.

Baseless Blade Works can last for as long as the user is willing to maintain it, provided the application doesn't expire due to the aforementioned durability factor, at a cost of 5 Chakra per turn. If an application of this technique lasts longer than 4 turns, it cannot be used for at least 2 turns once that usage ends. Finally, storage and withdrawal of weapons within this seal costs 5 Chakra per each activation, with the former costing a move when performed in combat, while the latter is always passive. Techniques used used through the imitation technique decrease in strength by a rank.

After the little sword gawking was over, she was prompted by Emiya concerning her villages’ ownership of the Port. She thought carefully what to say here, but decided to be straightforward about it. “Well, this port was a pretty advantageous spot for our troops to get into the Eastern Continent a lot easier. It helped with some of the embargo with supplies from the east to our village’s shoreline outposts and well, it was vital in the transfer of supplies from Tsumigakure to Last Bastion. It’s always been a vital piece to our economy, but with the recent events happening, well…it’s become pretty much a compromised land for us. The void roots coming here too has only left us with no choice but to evacuate most personnel previously here at the port. Sure, we didn’t take care of it to the utmost, but that’s just the nature of things sometimes” she finished though she wondered why he asked. “Is there a specific reason why you wanted to know?” she curiously folded her arms and brow raised.
