I wasn't but I am really struggling to explain this.

Though, I suppose there's the assumption here that mafia conducted the janitor kill. Currently there's no satisfying explanation for the two kills either. So I don't have complete information here, but I still find it wholly suspect considering that most likely the only person with knowledge of Alice's ability was you, and they didn't make enough of an impression on their own to warrant being killed.
