"So you are de one I am to fight with? Let's see what you are made of. " T'Challa would announce to the challenger before him. He wasn't quite sure of his opponent's outward appearance, the man before him seemingly aloof to whom he stood before. Cracking his neck and rolling his shoulder's, T'challa's burst forwards towards his opponent while causing his Lightning Chakra to vibrate at a frequency which provided it the ability to have more penetrative force then even Wind Release. This in turn actively increased T'challa's damage output with his Lightning Release several fold, though this was simply a test as he wanted to toy with his opponent gauging his abilities before going in for an outright fatal blow.

As stated by Kisame, Killer Bee is able to do this by increasing the vibration frequency of his lightning chakra to surpass the standard penetrative force of wind-chakra.

Of course as T'Challa neared, if he was unimpeded he'd take three fingers and channel his Lightning Chakra into them forming a single point which would deal major damage were it to land directly into the opponent's right shoulder which arguably would be obliterated as the arm would be removed as it was severed from Mugen's body.

Three-Finger Nukite: A fairly strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with precisely three of A's fingers. This strike is effective against even malleable materials that usually handle an attack by dissipating its force.

Two-Finger Nukite: An exceptionally strong, lightning-infused thrust performed with only two of A's fingers. This strike of capable of inflicting great damage upon impact, creating a shock wave powerful enough to send objects within short range of it flying backwards some meters.

One-Finger Nukite: A lightning-infused thrust known as the "strongest spear" and performed with one finger. Channeling his earthen chakra into the earth below himself, as well as his opponent, Mugen waves a single hand seal causing an eruption of small earthen debris to rise upwards with force shrouding the battlefield. The debris creates a rotating dust storm around Mugen who serves as its epicenter, stemming to mid.range in every direction, and is thick enough to block the sights of all without Byakugan level prowess. As the earthen storm rises and shrouds the area, Mugen simultaneously moves 2m to the left of his previous position while drawing his sword.

Description: The user molds chakra throughout their entire body, or alternatively into an earth source below, as they wave a single hand seal triggering this technique. Upon its activation the user releases a large omnidirectional sphere from their body, or the ground if that method is chosen, that consists of numerous grains of earth that stay suspended in the air in motion around the user on various axes while the creator serves as the epicenter of this technique that creates an adaptable dust storm. The expansion of the dust storm from the body is rather swift while the release method from the ground is near instantaneous, and once active the translucent storm rages on as it hampers the eye sights of those amidst the shroud. Those within Scatter Cloud's veiled realm will be unable to see objects past short range of themselves while view within short range itself is hampered to a lesser degree. Small objects are harder to pick up without enhanced sights, human sized objects are seen to a hampered degree, while bigger objects are easier to spot than others. Certain doujutsu can see through this technique with ease while others would have trouble based on their different properties. The course of each grain's fixed rotation is linked to the user's senses allowing them to feel the unnatural motion of disturbance amid their cloud as well as the feeling of grains being removed from the overall substance giving the user enhanced feelings while surrounded by their own dust shroud. Lasting 4 turns, this technique consistently collects grains of earth from its surroundings while active making the jutsu seem unquellable as it reforms when faced with weaker techniques unable to combat the shroud in its entirety.

If his opponent were to continue his forwards path and indeed enter into short range of Mugen ending up at his previous location, using the doton jutsu the shinobi would feel out his opponent's placement and wave his his sword towards him releasing a second technique. A large amount of light-blue chakra needles would be sent out flying from the sword towards the opponent with the intent to impale and hamper him, causing the man to be immobilized while the needles swaps his chakra placing jutsu restrictions on his body.

As he ran towards his target, the opponent's technique created a massive dust storm making it hard for T'Challa to see anywhere around him. If he did choose to close in, he would do so blindly and that wasn't something that was going to happen. If his opponent didn't not want to engage him out right, then T'challa would simply force his opponent out of hiding. As he stopped in his tracks, since T'challa didn't care too much for a game of cat and mouse. Just as sudden as the dust appeared, T'challa's Lightning Chakra would be transferred to his palms which he held forward out into the storm whirling around him. This Lightning would then be ejected from T'challa's palms neutralizing the earth chakra and the particles being vaporized as they encountered T'challa's lightning. The force wave covered a wide range in front of T'challa and would force the opponent into making a quick decision on how he would deal with the oncoming attack.

In the mean time, T'challa subsequently would release even more Lightning Chakra creating shrouding himself in his Lightning Chakra Armor, though this was simply a base activation which subsequently doubled T'challa's speed and reflexes as he prepared himself to further combat his opponent. T'challa would utilize his armor to enable him to move faster than his opponent would be capable of tracking.

( Raiton Chakura Mōdo ) - Lightning Chakra Armor

Description: The user wraps their body in a layer of lightning chakra which, instead of being used offensively, is used to electrically stimulate their nervous system. The technique speeds up neural synapses reaction time, and pushes physical prowess to the absolute limit allowing for tremendous raw speed. The technique has different levels of activation each visibly depicted by the users hair which stands up when the technique is activated to the fullest. The higher the level, the higher the speed the user can achieve. This mode, combined with taijutsu, allows the users to utilize nintaijutsu. When using the armor at full power, it causes the tips of A's hair to spike up and his reflexes are said to be comparable to those of Konoha's Yellow Flash, making it difficult even for the Sharingan to keep up with him. Despite the large quantity of chakra it releases and uses up, the armor doesn't damage enemies who touch it, leaving the user able to interact with those around, allies or enemies as well as tools, weapons, etc.
Level One: The base activation of the mode, the user's speed doubles and he gains a x2 speed boost. His Taijutsu increases as well, by +20 damage.
Level Two: The most commonly used state and the one generally referred to, this activation causes the user's hair to slightly raise upwards as his speed increases x3 speed. This likewise increase his strength +10 more than level one. This state can only last 4 turns max each usage.
Level Three: The highest level of the Lightning Chakra Armor, the user uses this state to increase his reactions and speed to the max, gaining a x6 speed boost and a +40 damage boost to Taijutsu. The users speed increases to a point where only the highest Gates, Jinchuriki modes and instant techniques outstrip the user in terms of speed, appearing as a blur to most targets. This state however, only lasts 2 turns, after which the mode in it's entirety cannot be accessed for at least 3 turns.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

I guess I gotta take you serious now bud! Mugen shouts while looking upwards towards his foe who stands covered in a ferocious shroud of lightning that seemed different from the one before. This prompted Mugen to react with a single hand seal creating yet another field of blinding debris that rapidly overtakes the entire battlefield, except this time the dust storm is powered with wind chakra. Immediately after waving the hand seal the Youngin sprints 6m towards his left in an attempt to tactically place himself elsewhere.

Description: After making the Rat handseal, the user creates and controls air currents from the palms of their hands, forming a large field of raging air currents and gusting winds. The technique expands quickly, rapidly spanning through all of the battle field, gathering debris, dust and other small particles in its path. The technique effectively creates a very large controllable "dust" storm.

Note: Lasts 3 turns or until released.

While sprinting he waves several hand seals so by the time he reaches towards his destination a lightning attack of his own would be initiated. This triggers four special pillars to arise around his opponent at the edge of short range respectively around the lightning covered man before they all release a barrage of lightning currents that travel inwards towards its epicenter where the target also stands in an attempt to shock the man with the same element he seems to specialize within.

Once they rise, they unleash a barrage of lightning bolts, currents and shocks to whatever is inside, paralyzing, shocking and damaging the target from all around.

Description: The user slams his hands on the ground and lowers or raises the ground in the surrounding area at high speeds, allowing them to create giant holes in the ground or avoid attacks. The size of the affected area as well as the depths that it is lowered to is up to the user and rasing earth can be done up to 20 meters tall creating a small cliff or they can create trenches that can be as deep as 20 meters. Other than being moved below ground relative to the surrounding surface the terrain is not altered, plant life and people retaining their same positions.

I guess I gotta take you serious now bud! Mugen shouts while looking upwards towards his foe who stands covered in a ferocious shroud of lightning that seemed different from the one before. This prompted Mugen to react with a single hand seal creating yet another field of blinding debris that rapidly overtakes the entire battlefield, except this time the dust storm is powered with wind chakra. Immediately after waving the hand seal the Youngin sprints 6m towards his left in an attempt to tactically place himself elsewhere.

While sprinting he waves several hand seals so by the time he reaches towards his destination a lightning attack of his own would be initiated. This triggers four special pillars to arise around his opponent at the edge of short range respectively around the lightning covered man before they all release a barrage of lightning currents that travel inwards towards its epicenter where the target also stands in an attempt to shock the man with the same element he seems to specialize within.

T'challa's quick repositioning however was coupled with the simultaneous use of the Two Finger Nukite. The thrust driving the focused lightning towards his opponent's left shoulder at the same time he moved into the blind spot. The penetration power so great it moved straight through to the other side of his body like butter just as the man turned. The timing of the Hellstab couldn't have been better as it effortlessly pierced through the bone and flesh of Mugen who only wanted to begin his run to the left immediately after creating his handseal. Unfortunately, he would be caught offgaurd and be met with the Hellstab as soon as he turned and began to take that first step to his left. T'challa's Lightning Armor gave him the ability to move so fast Mugen had little time to register T'challa's movement from the top of the cliff let alone allow newly forming dust storm to be a hindrance. Becuase T'Challa attack would destroy the opponent's shoulder and remove his left arm.

Knocked meters away into the basin of the cliff, Mugen crouches down slightly after impact as he quickly grasps the fact that his arm was now separated from his body admits the blinding whirling winds that had overtaken the battlefield in which he still fueled. Trying to to fight the pain Mugen could feel himself clutching consciousness with all his might as he breathes in and out heavily through his clenched teeth. I-I won't make that mistake again..... The Youngin thought to himself as he manipulates his lower Dantian to draw out physical essence from nothingness in order to enhance his body beyon its normal capabilities.

With his opponent blinded and stationary after landing his last attack Mugen takes on a short but unorthodox path towards the front of his opponent in order to deliver s powerful lateral kick with the tip of his foot landing into the bottom of the powerful man's jaws. The results in T'challa being knocked upwards high into the air above the cliff in which he had previously stood. Mugen would then retreat into a location long range away from his opponent using his incredibly heightened physical prowess.

Description: Kobudo Kumite refers to the free fighting style of Hayabusa Kobudo. Hayabusa hone their fighting style through the practice of kata (forms) and bunkai (application) which utilize the dantian and Neidan. Over the years, four essential kumite styles have come out of Hayabusa Kobudo that all Hayabusa must learn; Huquan, Shequan, Longquan, and Wuquan.

Huquan (Tiger Fist)
Hu Quan is the fundamental fighting form of Hayabusa Kobudo. The form is characterized as the most direct and offensive style of fighting. Hayabusa will use their lower dantian to draw physical essence from nothingness (Wuji) into their being. The essence reinforces the user’s being increasing their physical speed, strength, and awareness allowing them to heightened feats of physical combat. This essence is visualized as barely visible distortions in the air surrounding the user and their weapons. The user is able to perform taijutsu, kenjutsu, bukijutsu and other acrobatic movements at twice their normal speed as well as react to anything as long as it is within their range of sensory perception (five senses, taijin, etc). Alternatively, the user can move linearly three times their speed (chunin and above), however this level of movement cannot be maintained for longer than a single turn. As for their power, Hayabusa gain +20 to their taijutsu and weapon based techniques (swords, staffs, axes, etc) while using Huquan. The essence that surrounds the user and their weapons capable of erasing physical matter (Earth, Steel, etc) at the point of contact allowing the user's physical attacks to cut through anything destructible. The user can use Huquan fighting in successive turns depending on their rank which reflects their overall physical condition. Genin and Chunin can only use Huquan for a single turn. Jounin and Head Ninja can maintain it for 2 successive turns. Dragon Ninja are able to maintain it for 3 turns at a time and Masters 4 turns. The drawback to Huquan is that, the user can only use lower dantian based techniques and non-elemental techniques while they are using this form. If used for more than two successive turns, the user experiences a cooldown of one turn plus the number of turns over 2 they utilize this style. For those who are limited to two turns and below, they require a single turn cool down before re-use. Haquan can be used twice for genin - jounin, thrice for Head and Dragon Ninja, and four times for master ninja.

Note: Only one form at a time can be utilized. User cannot use a Form while experiencing the cooldown of another.

In order to protect himself, Tchalla slammed his hand on the ground causing Lightning to emanate from him across the ground in the form of a web. If the opponent were charging towards him, he'd be shocked by the attack which spread out in a 15 meter radius around T'challa.

Feeling his opponent slam their hands on the ground Mugen reacts and jumps into the air in an attempt to drop kick the lowered man in the head. He thought he had gotten the drop on him amidst the wind control dust storm but he now realizes that his opponent is a well trained fighter. The dust storm continues to rage on.

Mid.air he notices the man release a plasma ball of energy around his entire body prompting the Hayabusa to respond with a quick movement, putting him out of harms way. While airborne he would release a powerful stream of air from his mouth down towards the ground which hoists him high up into the air of the battlefield shrouded in wind. 15m above the ground Mugen performs some coordinated flips allowing the Youngin to eventually land on top of the same cliff he had made moments ago.

Feeling his opponent slam their hands on the ground Mugen reacts and jumps into the air in an attempt to drop kick the lowered man in the head. He thought he had gotten the drop on him amidst the wind control dust storm but he now realizes that his opponent is a well trained fighter. The dust storm continues to rage on.

While airborne he would release a powerful stream of air from his mouth down towards the ground which hoists him high up into the air of the battlefield shrouded in wind. 15m above the ground Mugen performs some coordinated flips allowing the Youngin to eventually land on top of the same cliff he had made moments ago.

As the opponent was sailing through the air attempting to manuver above T'challa, the man would simply obliterate everything around him without giving a moment's notice due to not needing to utilize handseal due to his mastery and affinity for Lightning.

Description: The user will make one handseal charging their raiton chakra and then forms another handseal which then releases a massive amount of electricity from their body. The amount of electricity that's released is based on how much raiton chakra they have charged. For instance, if the user charges it using enough chakra for two moves then the user can only use one more jutsu for that turn. But, will gain an extra rank in power. If Charged with enough chakra for two moves, this jutsu will release a massive amount of non focused electricity from the users body into the air and ground capable of destroying everything on the field and leaving a small crater in the ground around the user. The amount of chakra doesn't take more than a few seconds to charge since it's almost forced from the users body. If only charged for one move then it will release non focused electricity into the air and ground around around the user and opponent and will reach out to mid range.

Notes:

-No Raiton for the next turn if charged for Forbidden Rank.
-No A rank Raiton for the next turn if charged for only S rank.
-If charged for forbidden rank the user takes 20 damage due to the strain on the users body.

As the massive lightning tech is released Mugen could feel the essence of his wind powered storm depleting at a rapid rate in an expansive manner. Tsch, this is it...... He thought to himself. His facial expression even matching his hopeless thoughts. The technique was so grand the Youngin could hear the lightning crackling before reaching close to him giving him time to react, but would it even be enough?? Holding his good arm above his head the shinobi channel a large portion of wind chakra to said hand creating a large ball with four extended points resembling a giant fuma shuriken. His technique would be further impowered with the infusion of Selenium dust which gives the technique a reddish hue. Swiftly reacting the Youngin would then lower his arm holding the empowered wind technique towards the foreign attack allowing the two to clash within short range of himself. Mugen would scream out during the clash as his own technique damages his good arm via its natural drawbacks.

To no avail the empowered lightning explosion would continue on consuming the Hayabusa in its path with ease, frying him, leaving his roasted body to fall to the earth in its aftermath. Charred, lifeless, and steaming, Mugen had left his opponent one final message even though his soul was on its journey back to its creator. His middle finger was extended amongst his other folded fingers, letting his opponent know how he felt in the afterlife.

Others ninjas can learn the technique, but cannot throw it as they lack Naruto's skill with the rasengan to succeed nor can they produce as much damage as Naruto who, adding to the damage boost given to him to the aforementioned modes, gains another +10 damage when using it.

Water
Due to the ability to form Selenium from water sources, the ground and the user's body. The user when creating a water technique can infuse serenton chakra to form selenium dust into said water technique giving it a reddish hue. The infused selenium dust not only makes the water technique denser/heavier. The infusion translates to a +20/+1 rank boost in the water technique's strength. This can be used on other logical water related elements such as rain.

Fire
When creating a fire technique from the ground or from the user's body, the user creates a solid core of selenium to said fire technique. Due to Selenium's high melting point, the solid core wouldn't be melted by the flames. However, the selenium core would continuously release a burst of fine red sand that causes non stop dust explosions which strenghens the flames and by extension the fire technique. The infusion translates to a +20/+1 rank boost in the fire technique's strength. However, being hit by an enhanced fire technique administers no selenium related side effects.

Wind
Similarly to the water usage, the user infuses selenium dust into their wind techniques giving it a reddish hue which not only makes it denser/heavier. The infusion translates to a +20/+1 rank boost in the wind technique's strength. This can be used on other logical wind related elements such as Typhoon etc

Earth
The user either coats his earth technique in selenium dust or creates the selenium in the core of the earth technique, the former method gives the technique a reddish hue. The infusion translates to a +20/+1 rank boost in the earth technique's strength. This can be used on other logical earth related elements such as lava(Selenium dust's high melting point allows it to coexist with lava techniques) etc.

Lightning
The user when using a lightning technique also releases fine selenium particles giving the lightning technique a slight reddish hue. The particles auguments the lightning technique due to Selenium's photovoltaic action (Converts light to electricity) and its photoconductive action (Its electrical resistance decreases with increased illumination). The photovoltaic action means light from the lightning technique gets converted to electricity in the particles which in turn boosts the lightning technique. The photoconductive action means the the particle's electrical resistance decreases from the light produced by the lightning technique, this allows the lightning technique to freely be conducted through the selenium dust particles slightly increasing its size. The infusion translates to a +20/+1 rank boost in the lightning technique's strength. This can only be used on lightning techniques produced from the user's body or the ground. It can also be used on other lightning related elements such as Storm release etc. It however can't be used on Black Lightning since that form of lightning produces little to no light.

Note:
- Each infusion can only be used 5 times per battle with 2 turn cooldowns.
- The S/W of the boosted technique isn't changed.
- It's a passive technique that's performed in the same TF as the boosted technique, but occupies a move slot.

T'challa would walk towards the charred and lifeless opponent before looking down upon what was left of him. It was not T'challa's intention to overwhelm the opponent as he had. He bowed to his opponent, thanking him for the battle before he turned and walked away.
