Not that at all but I'm gonna miss Kodachi that was some of the best writing I have ever witnessed. Kishi wants to pour his heart into developing Sarada and I'm not mad at him. I think I will have a drink and toast to Ukyo Kodachi for giving us 51 chapters of greatness.

Take a look at DBS with Vegeta. Vegeta gets bodied by the main villian sending him to the sidelines unconscious. Whereas Sasuke keeps getting knocked down but gets back up. The chapters don't even end without showing he's up.

Now Naruto is using a power-up that will supposedly kill him. Great way to remove him from the battle while Boruto and Sasuke fend Isshiki off.

Stop and re-evaluate what you're saying Salamander. You sound very ignorant. Vegeta has the worst track record of a rival character in shonen history. Likewise, in regards to main characters who have a rival, Naruto has the worst track record against his rival in shonen history.

I don't recall this happening? Only Madara, Itachi, Obito/Kakashi and Sasuke were shown to have Susanoo. I haven't followed the anime. Even so, they wouldn't count anyways since the source material are the literature.

I agree with the rest of your argument though. There are a lot of stuff that are forced and did not make sense when compared to previous feats.

Still, Kodachi's writing is far superior than Kishi's. Although I would say having to work with 1 month instead of 1 week to flesh the story out gave him an advantage. Well, that and also having a separate job from being solely a scriptwriter and not doing mangaka work.

Just to clarify, he had done some grave sins to the franchise for not willing to use the previous gen effectively (although I would argue that that could be a licensing thing rather than creator pride).

Kishimoto's weekly manga had more dialog despite having shorter chapters and every one of these chapters feels satisfying, you don't need to wait a whole month to know what's gonna happen whishing the next chapter to be satisfying because the current one only had fighting.

Well, I'm all of dialogues but Kishi's story telling is too much exposition. I like the fights because that is what we really are looking for: FEATS. We already know so much that we can fill in the blanks by using parallels.

While we do get shorter wait and chapters (well, overall it is about the same amount of around 50 pgs for the entire month), the story seems to feel like its done on the fly. So many inconsistencies (like power scaling being OP one chapter and the next; gone.
