Ahh

So Juubi is not the tree?
I think it is a different Juubi considering that Momoshiki already took the rest of the 9tails leaving only Kurama. So I think this Juubi is just the chakra. Otherwise, it would be a God Tree since the Juubi came from the sealing of Kaguya: her chakra became the Juubi and her vessel became the Gedo Mazou

Can't it be from another planet?

If Momo already took the other beasts, then there's nothing for Isshiki to base his Ten Tails on.

The problem would be explaining it

But if they can, then they could do anything
The only thing I can think of that the Juubi is Kaguya's would be that Isshiki intends to resurrect her so he can do whatever he needs doing to her. So revenge route? Or just taking her back to be arrested.

But the problem is that if he can collect the Juubi and store it in a different dimension, that means he has the means to take the Gedo Mazou from the moon as well. The only person that can stop him from doing that is Toneri. So I would say that he probably has no idea that the moon is now empty and being guarded by puppets only.

So the only excuse that I can think of as to why he hasn't stolen the Gedo Mazou yet is because he has no idea of the current situation of the moon. He probably still thinks that the moon are filled people upholding Hamura's decree instead of just one person playing with puppets.

So everything does point out to the Juubi being that dimension's chakra. As for the vessel of that Juubi, perhaps he took it in for himself? That would explain how he was creating bodies that can tolerate his Karma.

What if he himself, in his previous mission, once tried to become a Ten Tails?

Maybe he failed and ended up with a mini TT. It would explain how Kaguya could defeat him.

Wow with the chapter release, you are almost correct.

I disagree with how things turn out since they seem to have a plothole.

Isshiki never died. He was defeated and went inside of Jigen

I must admit i didn't see that coming.

It was a red herring though, with how Momoshiki ate Kinshiki
Yeah, maybe this is an oversight? Or perhaps it is just Amado's hypothesis that is throwing everything that we know off (meaning that Kodachi is actually putting character perspective in the world building rather than Amado acting as a plot device and delivering exposition)

If this is the case, then kudos to Kodachi and Ikemoto for being better storytellers. This way, they have more materials to work with and when they change something up, it would not feel like an asspull or a retcon and be chalked up as something due to human error on Amado's part by coming up with the wrong conclusion.

Even so, his perspective is better than anyone else. If he didn't understand something fully, he would note it.

Isn't character perspective the natural assumption?

Not really, especially not here in base. Everyone takes everything too literal and use them as facts. So everything that is in manga panels are taken as expositions, which is true for the most part. IDK about how Ikemoto and Kodachi have been doing their storytelling but from what I can tell, it is more organic than exposition.

Plus, Amado does not know anything about the Otsutsuki outside from Kara. Naruto and Sasuke on the other hand have more information about it through Hagoromo, Black Zetsu, etc.
So we can only think that whatever Amado's assumptions are are derived from what Isshiki had shared with him, directly or indirectly.
