The "head canon" is better than your fanfics of Sasuke being a traitor for not abandoning the village his clan never wanted to abandon. And a jobber is someone who often loses to make the winner(s) look more impressive. When has this happened with him? Isshiki, Momoshiki, and Naruto can't even perform better than a one-armed Sasuke whose furthered weakened from crossing dimensions.

Ohtsuutsuki are no names? Crossing to faraway dimensions consumes a alot of chakra in general. It doesn't suddenly require little just cause Sasuke doesn't show exhaustion initially.

Kaguya doesn't know how to fight.
Madara has years of experience of fighting and know of the legends of Hagoromo.
Momoshiki was probably on the same boat as Kaguya and fights tend to be one sided and many fighting tech aren't around.

"weakened" I do agree that Naruto and Sasuke were basically nerfed when the next gen came around just to not overshadow them.

But let's say that there aren't any next gen, who has the most power? Obviously the ones that are on the higher plane of existence as they have more access to arsenals.
Any Yin-Yang transcendent would be able to wipe the floor on the lesser beings.
The only 2 edge or equalizers are being able to work together (yin and yang fighting together against yin-yang) AND/OR experience and knowledge.

Sasuke and Naruto were pretty young and they often solved everything with either overwhelming force and speed or overwhelming number and endurance
