Your theory would require roles that can survive kills to always be scum. Not really true, and even then, it's a huge stretch because X claimed to be 100% certain. Investigator can mean more than Cop you know.

X claimed you are "anti-town"

He (presumably) knows you survived two night kill attempts. He can't figure out if you're locked scum just from that, so that's why he goes you're definitely anti-town.

Meaning you could be some 3P role that fucks us in the long run
