How not having faith in something which is believing without evidence a belief system? I said if evidence is found of existence of god I would know there is one, I'm in a neutral position of not believing in something until it's proven to be real, but that doesn't mean I believe it's not real.

Then that's Agnosticism not Atheism. Atheist believe there is no God, at all, that there can never be any evidence to his existence because he's not there.
But not believing in the existence of something is the same as believing it doesn't exist.
Doesn't belief mean knowing something for certain is true without having absolute proof? I just lack that belief so I'm an atheist.
That's what the definition of the words mean, agnostic is someone that didn't pick a side.

Who said it's without evidence? I know something doesn't come from non existence into existence in and of itself. Just because something doesn't satisfy you that doesn't mean their isn't evidence for it. And as @chopstickchakra pointed out a neutral position is agnosticism. Ironically another belief system, lol.
You're comprehension is a little weak, the definition of disbelief as you've referenced it is "the inability or refusal to believe or to accept something as true."
the fact I refuse to believe their is no God (Atheism) would qualify as disbelief relative to that school and it's principles.

In an even narrower sense, atheism is specifically the position that there are no deities. Having an absence of belief in the existence of something is the same as believing it doesn't exist. For example: If I had an absence of belief that evolution takes place that'd be the same as me saying I don't believe evolution happened. If you have ab absence of belief in a God that's the same as believing he doesn't exist.
And no, belief doesn't mean knowing something is true without evidence, a belief can't be quantifiable or else it's evidence. A belief is held in light of evidence.

I don't think Atheism is a set of beliefs, it's more like rejection of beliefs, not just another belief.
Some atheist don't say they don't believe in God, they say they don't know if God exists or not so they can't assume he does.

Then those second atheists are actually agnostic atheists. Where their gut says they don't believe but they know they can't know for certain. Agnostics lean towards either theism or atheism but acknowledge a lack of quantifiable evidence makes it impossible to declare.
Atheism IS the belief in the lack of an existence of deities aka God.

I think if people actively critizes religion and don't even remotely take part in religious traditions I can't say they are the same as religious people.

They're not the same as religious people but they still follow a belief like religious people do. Science is becoming a similar suit where people are taking the words of the scientists on faith because they can't confirm or deny the evidence presented by the science community on their own.

That all assumptions in life comes down to an assumption and can't be proven.
I thnk it's unfair to put non religious people in the same category as religious people, cus some religious people probably take pride in their faith, or maybe they struggle with it, atheists don't give a shit.

Today, but not in the past. In the past the word of the church was fact.
Which is why I said the science of today is becoming like the religion of the people in todays' civilization. People take the word of scientists as truthfully as people used to take the words of the clergy.
Everything is about your faith in believing it's right though. Even science to an extent. You can argue they're undeniable facts because you believe them to be so but as evidence has shown us when we further develop our understanding of our world some of these 'undeniable facts' are revealed to be inaccurate.

But there is still a significant difference, if I have a theory of what created the universe and I want to make that theory known it needs to go through a huge process for people to tolerate it as a viable theory.
And the end result is never dramatic or some opinionated hurray, if I'm right people accept it, if I'm wrong people don't.
Religion is never vetted, if my theory was identical to a religious belief that in this example doesn't exist people would not appprove of my theory and then move on with their lives.
People only care for religious truths cus they are sacred, not because they have been tested by different people around the world and experimented on or academically been written about.
