I played scum enough recently and yes scum ofc discusses roles, only because you don't do it in scumchat? then you should upgrade your scumplay and discuss roles in your scumchat

you were manipulated in your accuracy by scum and by your own emotions

The game is 10 townies vs 4 mafia. Worse case scenario we lose the game if we mislynch twice, is it really worth the risk for you? Multiple roles are more than one. Like cop for example, it will be hard to pinpoint which one is the real cop from the fake claim and other mafia members can fake claim in other roles. It will make our situation worse. Best way to deal with it is to play the game normally and scum hunt and only claim when necessarily.

Correction 3 mislynches. Assuming we are loosing 1 player each phase.

Cop and Roleblock have multiple roles. These will be the hardest to pinpoint. But if 3 people claim cop, two die and are town. What are the cnances the thrid isn't scum? Same with role block.

Again, we can see which roles exist and which don't. Mafia will have to fake claim a role that is either
1) Duplicate, such as cop/role blocker - them doing tis is the best idea. But if we just check off each duplicate, until we will reach scum within them
2) The one role that isnt in the game - this is extremely unlikely and worst case sanrio I hope they don't get this lucky
3) Single role - This is the worst option for them because that narrows down our suspects to only two players. One who of which will be 100% scum.

It will make our situation worse. Best way to deal with it is to play the game normally and scum hunt and only claim when necessarily.

It wont. @bold that is one way to play if not enough people mass claim, cause as things look rn. Mafia has a few important targets to take out and we don't have enough claims to know who could possibly be mafia.
