I always town read people that are sheep because fmpov scum wouldn't want to sheep at all and would want to stand out by gaining credit.

Only town bandwagon, it's pure psychology.

But the point remains, you don't just come out with a vote like that after being shaded.

Yes. But if mafia claims a role that is taken, and we mslynch- we gain info from the mislynch, as well as the mafia who fake claiming. Do you think its worth the risk?

In my mind, I don't see mafia fake claiming. If anything they're best strategy is to real claim and slowly take out key threats to themselves via night kills.

The game is 10 townies vs 4 mafia. Worse case scenario we lose the game if we mislynch twice, is it really worth the risk for you? Multiple roles are more than one. Like cop for example, it will be hard to pinpoint which one is the real cop from the fake claim and other mafia members can fake claim in other roles. It will make our situation worse. Best way to deal with it is to play the game normally and scum hunt and only claim when necessarily.

Roles don't matter. Everyone will claim their role. That's all you need to know.

Mass claims don't work until D3-D4.
