Then because she acted like a amateur that gave the opportunity for Sasuke to grab her kunai and poison Naruto, who she didn't tell it was poison.

1st I agree without her there would have been many death.
2nd I haven't read the novel, but I will believe in your word here.
3rd I disagree here, Sakura didn't do anything against Madara other than get stabbed.
4th Rin was tired and was able to remove Obito eye and then put it into Kakashi no problem, Sakura is a expert what was her excuse. Sakura hesisted for no reason.
5th Sakura getting stabbed didn't accomplish anything, that didn't leave Naruto and Sasuke any opening
6th Resisting Genjutsu is something everyone knows, it is one of the basic skills which Jiraiya mentions. If Tsunade doesn't have shockwave punch, then I suppose that is a skill that Sakura has which Tsunade doesn't have.

Naruto was able to buff and heal the entire ninja alliance, Sakura isn't on Naruto level.

I wouldn't say majority of shonen women are garbage, I mean every character in Digimon and Pokemon are useful both men and women. There is Major which is a baseball anime that has female, yet they are cool.

Although Chi Chi in Dragon Ball Super is terrible, probably the worst anime character ever.
