I'd say that the attitude in which the author chose to illustrate that fragment is at the heart of the issue - she's depicted as a relatively inferior fighter and personality generally. The fandom dislikes her hence there is additional qualifications for supplanting the hate.

You also have that Minato on, the contrary is portrayed a superior character, and personality exponentially.

Hence any inherent qualifiers that make the fandom subseaquently dislike him, is practically castrated as you've asserted.

Now now don't bring sexism into this, this has nothing to do with sexisms. Sarada is a awesome character got nothing to do with her gender. Sakura is a awful character doesn't matter what gender she is.

Sakura doesn't think twice to attack Naruto when healing him, but hesistate to do a simple thing such as Sakura destroying the Rinnengan, even though she is a pro medical ninja. Her skills should be beyond Rin, so no reason to hesistate.

Destroying an eye should be easier than ending someone life by killing, yet somehow Sakura failed to do that simple job.
