They can, if you use the bio that is in the NW.

That's fine, as Shady said they are bio bound so you just have to wait til this arc is over and update your bios as you want to.

Well seeing as I just updated my samurai to fit with the new rules due to the samurai updated, I can probably add it on there before Sasori checks it. Depends son how fast Howard checks the artifact

Nope. NW and BA has nothing to do with each other lol. So your fights in BA doesn't have nothing to do with NW. You can be in an official battle in BA and NW at the same time since they don't cross over

He was mainly referring to the ability to use your artifact from your NW bio in BA fight. And they are kinda connected because you can win an edo in a BA fight and use it in the NW.
